Kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche, komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Gasherd und Backofen (ohne Spülmaschine, keine Mikrowelle), Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, schnelles WiFi/WLAN, kleiner Fernseher, Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Liegestühle im Garten dürfen mitbenutzt werden. Für kleine Gäste: Babynest oder Matratze zum Anlegen, Hochstuhl, etc. siehe Bilder im Inserat.

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster, coffee pad machine, and a washing machine, as well as dishes, pots and pans. A table for two, a queen-sized bed, a desk for working, free WiFi and a television with Netflix and Amazon Prime make your stay complete. Two bicycles can be borrowed free of charge.

Unsere ca. 40qm grosse Gästewohnung ist das ideale Basiscamp für mobile Personen welche Freiburg & Umgebung entdecken wollen. Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Unser Haus mit Ferienwohnung ist ca. 14 km von Freiburg entfernt und ist am Eingang des Zastlertales. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und naturnah. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, eventuell noch mit einem Kind und Alleinreisende Abenteurer. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Als Ausgangspunkt sehr gut geeignet für Wander- oder Mountainbike-Ausflüge in den Schwarzwald. Die Fewo Rappeneck ist für ein oder zwei Personen buchbar.
