Das Klara-Appartement (42 qm) eignet sich für 2-3 Personen und befindet sich im Hochparterre eines Mehrfamilienhauses in ruhiger, zentraler Lage. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Grand-lit (160 cm), gemütlichen „Lesesesseln“, Flat-TV, Musikanlage, WLAN und Parkettboden. Darüber hinaus finden Sie eine kleine, vollausgestattete Kochzeile mit Kaffeepadmaschine, Toaster, 4-Flammenherd und Backofen, einen Essbereich, ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Wanne, Dusche, WC und Haartrockner sowie einen großen überdachten Südbalkon mit schöner Sitzgelegenheit vor. Ein zusätzlicher Schlafsessel steht für die dritte Person als Schlafgelegenheit zur Verfügung. Für Kleinkinder steht ein Reisekinderbett bereit. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört auch ein Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz im Haus, der zugebucht werden kann. Das Klara-Appartement ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung - im Interesse aller, bitten wir die Gäste im Appartement nicht zu rauchen. Die zentrums- und bahnhofsnahe Stadtlage der Ferienwohnung machen das Auto entbehrlich. 5 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Straßenbahn und 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt, zu den Unikliniken und zur Universität – diese zentrale Lage ist in Freiburg unschlagbar. Dennoch wohnt man in der Klarastraße ruhig und grün. Ein urbanes Stadtviertel voller Leben mit besonderem Flair, so präsentiert sich der Stadtteil Stühlinger im Herzen von Freiburg. Alle Versorgungsmöglichkeiten gibt es praktisch um die Ecke - mehrere Bäcker, Metzger, Supermärkte, Zeitungskiosk, Waschsalon etc. Am Mittwoch und Samstag ist Bauernmarkt. Die abwechslungsreiche Kneipenszene ist vor allem studentisch geprägt und dementsprechend preiswert.

Dear guests, We wish you a pleasant time in our newly renovated apartment, enjoy the stay and feel comfortable. The apartment is located in the city center. The house can be reached from the train station on foot in 10 minutes. The nearest tram stop is just around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke bridge. To the university it is 3, to the pedestrian zone 10 min., to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground 3 min. The parking costs €10.00 per day.

Zwei Zimmer stehen in meiner kleinen vier Zimmer Altbauwohnung zu verfügung. Beide sind ausgestattet mit einem 140cm Bett. In der „kruschteligen“ Küche findest ihr alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Wenn ihr kommt, ziehe ich natürlich aus! Und nein, ich habe keinen Fernseher! :D Der Hbf ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. We rent 1 apartment with 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shared garden use. This is located on the 1st floor of our villa in Freiburg-Herdern . The hallway is shared by our daughter who lives in the DG The cozy kitchen is equipped with everything you need Induction cooker, Dishwasher, Small oven, Microwave , Coffee machine, Espresso pot Vinegar , oil , salt , pepper etc.is also available In the garden there are 1 table and chairs for our guests .

You will live in a small workshop house on the outskirts of the old town, in the district of Wiehre. Due to the backroom situation, you will stay very quiet but still central, in the middle of Freiburg. Tram stop and bike station just 2 minutes away. Idyllic apartment on the edge of the forest

The apartment is part of an outskirts villa with large garden. In the best location, the tranquility can be enjoyed here: the property is located directly on the forest and on the Dreisam.
