found everything as described in listing. host responds promptly to messages [some airbnb hosts do not but FenFen does]. room has separate entrance where there are three rooms rented out; they share one bathroom and living space with full fridge and microwave. as another reviewer already mentioned, rooms are marked A, B and C and the fridge has three shelves marked A, B and C so everyone has their own shelf in fridge and food will not get mixed up. tip for future guests; bath tub drains slowly so open water flow to minimum necessary and use hand held shower head to direct water to different body parts

My daughter had a wonderful stay! Ms. Kathy and Mr. Lin were incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The space was spotless — you could tell cleanliness is a top priority. Every corner of the home was tidy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom exceptionally clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to shops and restaurants. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and cozy touches throughout the home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay!

Perfect location right at the heart of Castro Valley, very safe and quiet middle class community. Clean room, quiet, great service team. I will surely give an all five stars and 100% recommendations.

The room and beddings are both very clean, and simple, exactly what I needed.

The interaction with LI great from start to finish. She was very helpful, accommodating and very responsive. The washer and dryer on the premises is super helpful and parking designated just for me is wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone short term or long .I would absolutely come back to this place next time I need a place to stay...=)

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

This was our third time staying here. It is a clean and comfortable space with attractive furnishings and everything we needed for a two-week stay. We will return again next time we return to CA to visit family.

Easy to access, availability of parking and the shopping/restaurants made this location perfect for us! Eugene was quickly responsive to a couple of questions we had. The place was very clean and had what we needed for our stay!

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. Staying for the second time here and it felt home yet again. Hosts were super flexible and responsive. Quite place. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite locations ive stayed in. Beautiful scenery! Beautiful home, comfortable bed! I'd love to live there! Only complain is the entrance to parking, if you have a low car, the bottom will scrape horrible if you dont hug the wall. and if youre staying downstairs, youll hear upstairs foot steps, but that was only 1 morning. besides those 2 complaints, its a excellent Beautiful home!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

We had a great stay. The home is lovely and the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops accessible.
