Listing is as described. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. The terrace is quite large and sunny. You have to take the car to get to the beach, which is about 3 km away. On the practical side, there is a supermarket nearby.

We stayed one week in Cecile's apartment during September. The location, in the popular Halles district of Biarritz, is convenient for the beaches, the market, and restaurants. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Thoroughly recommended.

What you see is what you get! 🥰 The location of the apartment offers a great view on the ocean as well as on the golf course. And we enjoyed the privacy on the third floor. The communication with the host was very smooth and amicable. And we appreciated the amenities that Josiane provided for a good start of our stay!

Phillipes flat is very nice and in a very quiet location. Only a two block walk to the Les Halles market and many top rated restaurants. The area is very walkable with great views of the sea and beautiful architecture. We took the petite train and learned more about the history of Biarritz. We enjoyed it very much

Amazing house, very spacious and beautifully designed. The front seating area is lovely, and the back patio is perfect for relaxing, whether on the loungers or in the hanging egg chair. The electric grill is a fantastic addition. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are beautiful and spotless. The house is extremely well equipped, you’ll find absolutely everything you need during your stay at Ysoliviers’ house. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend it!

A delightful and spacious apartment very close to a useful grocery and bakery. The roof terrace was a sunny place to relax with a great view of the mountains. Comfortable bed and great shower. We enjoyed the peacefulness of this village and the wonderful local walks. Recommended.

We had a great stay in Biarritz in early June! The apartment is perfectly in line with the listing: clean, well-equipped and very well located. We particularly appreciated the geographical location, close to everything. The bedding was great, we slept very well! I recommend this accommodation for those looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating. Our 6-year-old children were delighted to be able to play on the fronton court and also enjoy the pool. The kitchen is well-equipped, so we were able to cook and eat on the terrace to enjoy the view and the quiet. A car (a parking space is available) is a plus if you stay there out of season and want to visit the surroundings as well.
