Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in French Broad River

Wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very communicative and the house was absolutely gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

My boyfriend, pup and I and needed a place to stay for the weekend at the last minute and Samantha was so accommodating with our very last minute request! The man cave was so comfortable and cozy and we felt right at home. The place is well-stocked and had everything we needed. The immediate area is very quiet and peaceful, but it's close to everything - 30 minutes from a beautiful lake and recreation area and there are lots of good restaurants around. I appreciated having a fenced in yard for my pup and he loved sniffing around the nice space. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

The blue turtle villa was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It had wonderful amenities, we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Our family enjoyed the bikes, kayaks and the many games provided with the home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

This house is even better than the photos! An amazing spot - great mountain views with all the amenities! Lots of great personal touches and decorations make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

This was our third time staying at Debra’s lovely cottage! It’s our favorite spot to stay when visiting family in the area, and it’s the perfect size to share with my in laws. The space is relaxing and serene, and we have lots of good memories hanging out by the firepit or playing board games around the kitchen table! Highly recommend staying here!

My friends and family absolutely loved staying at this beautiful property! The house was perfect for us in every way. My kids were completely obsessed with the game room, we hardly saw them because they never wanted to come out! Everything was so well done and spotless, I honestly found myself worried about messing anything up. Seth was responsive and helpful, especially when we had a few questions about how to use the movie theater (which was such a fun touch!). We’re already planning our return trip this summer when the pool is open....we can’t wait! Could not recommend this place enough. Thank you Seth for such a wonderful stay!

we had a very nice stay in Beech Mountain. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Nice large dining room table we could all eat and play cards around. we enjoyed the wraparound porch and the sounds of nature. we got to see a mama bear and her 2 cubs at the pond across the street. the house is very high up in the mountains and therefore very windy! we were not able to enjoy the fire pit due to the wind. we all said the beds were very comfortable and linens were top notch. There is a entertainment room downstairs that was fun with foosball and moviescreen sized TV. bunks are very comfy!! One thing to note: the hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we chose this rental, unfortunately wasn't holding heat during our stay, so we weren't able to use it. Host wasnt able to take care of it while we were there. That was disappointing, but everything else about the stay was fantastic, and we’d still consider coming back.

We were looking for a spacious, affordable, decent option to stay close to the parkway, and boy did we find it! The apartment far exceeded our expectations. First—this must be a new construction because it was so clean and damage free both inside and out. Did I mention how clean it was? Second—it was plenty spacious for our two families. The bunk room and nice-sized bathrooms were very accommodating for our group. The large kitchen and living/dining area provided us with great space for hanging out. Third—we were just a block or so off the parkway so everything was a short drive away. The nice fire pit area in the back provided a quaint, relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long travel day. The bonus was that the cost per night was comparable to a nice hotel room and we’d need two hotel rooms to accommodate group. The host was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Great place! The hosts are lovely and super helpful. We loved the location by community garden and walking path. The place was very clean and inviting! Also, had everything we needed. Thoughtful touches like dog bowls, dog bed, & dog treats. We would love to stay here again!

Me and my friends spent a week at this place. Even though it's a shared space, it's very private. The surroundings are beautiful and it's a great place to unwind and relax, highly recommend!

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Just finished our 3 night stay. Absolutely loved the place! All around beautiful. Based off other reviews: we didn’t have any issues with the bed being uncomfortable, there were plenty of towels/dish soap/etc., also didn’t have an issue with thin walls. Only thing I would note that we haven’t seen in the reviews is the drive. If you’re not familiar with mountain type roads it can be intimidating/uncomfortable, but nothing to serious. Just take the roads slow and make sure you have it plugged in maps because you may miss a turn or two in the dark (guilty😅). It was about a 20 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and about a 25 min drive to Smokey’s depending on Gatlinburg traffic and hike location. Which we appreciated. Thank you Kyle!

Rod and Lali’s airbnb is the perfect gem of a place! We will definitely come visit again. So close to everything, yet incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We were able to walk to the brewery at the bottom of the hill; also just a short walk to Main St. We also took a short walk on the new Ecusta trail to the new cafe (open 4 wks ago) and the Ecusta market (open since ‘24), should you need drinks, snacks, etc. The home is easy access, full size fridge, fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed with beautiful sheets, soft fluffy towels, and the pull out sofa was pre-made with sheets ready to go to quickly open at night for our daughter. Everything is super super clean, very modern and even had a washer & dryer for us to catch up on our laundry (we’d been on the rd for a few days). Fast wi-fi, Netflix capable, keurig coffee, tons of teas (the peppermint hit the spot the 1st night). It was hard to leave on check out day! Can’t wait to come back! This condo was an absolute DREAM. It started with excellent communication ahead of the reservation and then on the day of check in we were advised the condo was ready 2 hours early and we were invited to check in - amazing! The condo itself was spectacular. Everything was gorgeous and up to date. It was immaculately clean and it was exactly as pictured in the listing -- only SO MUCH CUTER. There was tons of room in the master suite, lots of comfy seating, extra large patio and an amazing view of the little river. It is absolute PERFECTION. There were only a few quirks that I will point out - one is that being on a river there are a billion ducks and geese. Now, I loved it because I love animals -- BUT they are L.O.U.D. So if you are not a good sleeper you may want to go elsewhere. I thought it was charming so it didn't bother me. The other quirk is the handle on the front door has to be lifted UP not down as normally expected so that was a little tricky at first but not a big deal.

We couldn’t have loved this place anymore. It was very comfortable, a great location (especially if you’re like us and like to be close to town but have easy access to backroads to get around), and everything provided in the kitchen was wonderful. From day 1, we decided we would be back. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Location was perfect and condo was very nice, clean, and exactly as described. The space was comfortable and well-maintained, and Heather was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!”

Enjoyed our stay. Felt right at home, had everything we needed. Beds were the most comfortable I had ever had while on vacation! Loved the location, easy to get around. It was awesome to have your own parking space so you can come and go as you please without having to worry where you would park when you return. Would love to book a return trip soon!
