In der 1. Etage finden Sie Schlafzimmer 1 mit Badezimmer 1 sowie die Sauna die Ihnen exklusiv zur Verfügung steht. Im 2. EG finden Sie Schlafzimmer 2 und Badezimmer 2 (siehe Fotorundgang). Im EG lädt eine Bauernküche zum Kochen ein. Der Hof kann frei genutzt, eine Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Mit einem eigenen Park, einem idyllischen privaten See hinter der Hofanlage, Spielbereiche für Kinder & einer großzügigen Wohnküche samt Wohnzimmer ist es der ideale Rückzugsort. Die Unterkunft bietet 5 (bis 6+) individuell eingerichtete Zimmer + 2 Bäder im 2.OG & Küche, Salon mit Kamin, Billardzimmer und separatem WC im EG.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The vacation home with large garden offers a separate bedroom, a private bathroom and a living area with a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area. In the living area there is a sofa bed and a fireplace. The entire vacation home has underfloor heating.

House with a garden in a quiet location on the outskirts of Leipzig. Top connected to Leipzig city center (tram every 10 min, stop virtually on the doorstep). By car, it's about 20 minutes to the city center, by train or bike about 30 minutes. There are two bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed (1x box spring bed, 1x sofa bed) and a fold-out lounger. Underfloor heating everywhere. Wood for the fireplace in the garden is available.

There is a possibility to set up a baby bed in addition. Your own parking space is of course available. No pets and no smoking in the apartment. Wi-Fi, slippers and laundry included.
