Villa Küsschen - quiet apartment and central

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Quiet and cozy apartment in Augsburg

My place is in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Hammerschmiede. The Augsburger city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. There are many family-friendly activities on offer (zoo, Augsburger puppet box, etc.). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Lovingly furnished and completely modernized apartment directly below Augsburg's Maximlianstrasse in the historic center of Augsburg. Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. The historic old town, the Fuggerei and Augsburg's pedestrian zone around the town hall can also be explored on foot from there.

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart. The apartment is located in a purely residential area and is therefore suitable for individuals or couples who like it quiet and central. We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
