this air bnb is extremely beautiful affordable luxury complex. safe quiet and convenient to the night life. this unit was very clean, organized, cozy and spacious. Definitely will be staying here every time I come to Houston. 5 stars and highly recommended

Erika’s place was great. We were going to a concert at NRG stadium which is not to far of a walk from her place. Her place was super clean and it was nice to have secure parking and not pay the high parking prices at NRG.

One of our favorite parts was the patio, which overlooks the pool and made for a perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The location was also a huge plus—there’s a good taco joint right in the building! Walking distance to NRG. Super convenient and delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay. Would definitely come back.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The space was super clean, well maintained, and the host went above and beyond with clear communication and proactive information. The location was perfect, just a short walk to NRG Stadium. Detailed directions made finding the unit a breeze, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchenware we needed. The king-size bed was exceptionally comfortable and a great upgrade from the typical queen beds in most Airbnb rentals. Check-out was a breeze too - just lock the door and go, no extra steps required! Highly recommend and we hope to stay again in the future!

Loved the place. It was exactly as described and looked exactly like the pictures. They were kind enough to leave a bottle of wine and waters. Had no issues getting inside and the host was really responsive when I realized I had listed an old number for the Chip App. Would recommend their place to anyone visiting Houston and will definitely stay again if I am ever back in the area.

Terra and Darin’s place was absolutely perfect for our little girls getaway trip. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and had easy access to parking AND the beach. And it was VERY well stocked. Communication was fast and they even allowed us a little leeway on the arrival time. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachfront unit in the Galveston area.

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

We had a great stay at Cheryl’s place. The condo was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one full day, but I commented on the fact that the place was very well equipped with plenty kitchen items and games and facilities to make a longer stay enjoyable. It also has a wonderful view of the gulf which made sitting outside on the balcony a favorite pastime!

My partner and I stayed at Julius’s apartment for a long weekend and absolutely loved it! It was a great location, pleasant interior, and well stocked kitchen. We felt very comfortable the whole time. We had a few questions for Julius over the course of our stay and not only was he very responsive, but we later realized all the information we needed was already in the guest binder in the kitchen. I will be recommending this place to friends and family, and hoping to return myself :)

We arrived to a perfectly clean condo. The place was beautifully decorated. Had everything we could need including beach items and sunscreen. When I didn’t read all the directions Jamie Lynn was very helpful with a quick response and a smiling emoji. We will definitely be back!!

Dana’s place was great! The location was perfect. It was a short boardwalk to a great beach that wasn’t crowded! An easy drive along the seawall to shops and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Daniel & Sam were very attentive, cared about our satisfaction with the condo and were quickly responsive to any of our questions. The place was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. You could see the pride of ownership in their home. It’s in a great location, convenient to virtually everything. Wonderful place to capture the picturesque sunrise, sunset and just relax while you take in the breeze off of the Gulf. Wonderful place to stay including beach supplies and 6 person golf cart to get to beach. House was only 1 1/2 blocks away from beach so it was great for taking walks on the beach. This beach area is away from crowded beaches in Galveston town and offered considerable space when relaxing on the beach. Very clean home with good size kitchen and wide open living area. Hostess maintained frequent contact to make sure everything was going well and if we had any additional needs. Highly recommend this home to stay at when in Galveston area.

Ola was very responsive and flexible with last minute requests. The exercise space was well used by our son daily! The neighborhood is not very walkable, but less than a 10 minute drive to Sugarland town square.

Anh's place is an absolute gem! The property is incredibly peaceful, and the location is super convenient with easy access to stores and food areas. Anh is an amazing host - humble, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay easy, especially with our child who had recent surgery. His kindness and consideration made a huge difference. Therefore I extended my stay. Highly recommend!"

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Relaxing! Y’all, this place was super clean and very well organized. I don’t know what kind of laundry detergent they use, but it’s amazing — the sheets and towels were bright white and smelled so fresh. A few recommendations to make the stay even better: Provide more towels and a few extra blankets Add an iron and ironing board downstairs Consider upgrading the cookware and prep utensils The grill could use some attention — we weren’t able to use it during our stay That said, my family and I absolutely loved our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend!

Very cozy place located in a great peaceful neighborhood. 100% recommended.

Great home. Great amenities. The host really helps you settle in to what’s in the community which is a great benefit and stress relief! We got the golf cart rental and beach umbrella/chair set up so this made it even better. Access right onto the beach with the golf cart. We caught a ton of fish at the recommend neighborhood spots and went back and forth from beach to fishing and also enjoyed the kayaks! Can’t wait to stay again next year.
