Time out in the historic district

You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

The holiday home, which was completely renovated in 2022, is located in a quiet location near the dike and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms (160×200), a bathroom with shower, a living and dining area, a spacious kitchen, and a guest toilet. The garden is accessed via 2 terraces (one of them covered), loungers and seating are available. Bus stop, shopping, playground and restaurants are within walking distance.

In beautiful Friesland, close to the North Sea, lies the idyllic Branterei farm complex. Surrounded by paths with old trees, a farm garden, as well as a meadow orchard, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Nature lovers can watch deer, songbirds, birds of prey, swallows and sometimes storks in the garden. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland!
