Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, private bathing ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Just a 1-minute walk from the metro, which connects you to the city center in less than 10 min and the airport in 35 min. Very well suited for professionals and tourists attending conferences, events or looking to explore Copenhagen. Less suited for guests planning to stay in, as the apartment is designed more as a base than a retreat.

There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Cosy apartment on the first floor of our house close to Copenhagen. From the entrance, You have access to a nice bedroom with French Balcony and a double bed (140 cm. x 200 cm.). In addition, You can have two mattresses (70 cm. x 190 cm. each) and a baby bed. Also, enjoy the spacious kitchen-dining-living room. There are only 10 minutes by walk to the train station - then 12 minutes by train to Copenhagen Central Station. You can get to the beach by a 15 minutes walk.

120 kvm stort hus med 3 soveværelser, med senge til 8 voksne. Der er endnu en ekstra soveplads (sovesofa) inde i stuen. Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Welcome to a modern and newly renovated apartment with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette with washing machine. The apartment sleeps 5 in a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. You have access to a small front garden, and there is free parking in the area. Public transport and shopping are only a 5-minute walk away. The home is close to public transport, the airport and Copenhagen city center. 7 minutes' walk to the train station, the train to Copenhagen takes 12-15 minutes. My place is good for couples, singles and business travelers. The home has a private entrance, small kitchen, toilet with shower & bedroom with 2 beds, dining area for 2, TV and 1 small armchair.
