"Another Frippin House" is centrally located mid-island & has a gorgeous oceanview! It is tucked away in a quaint cul-de-sac and directly next to beach boardwalk #5. This home conveniently includes a 4-seater golf cart, extra full size refrigerator in garage, ping pong table, bicycles, beach wagon and beach chairs. It also boasts high end, luxe bedding, pillows & towels. Watch the sunset on one of the two-level decks and enjoy cooking on a Weber Genesis gas grill. This home ticks all the boxes!!
