Holiday rentals with a kayak in Fripp Island

Will definitely stay here again! Gorgeous home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the island. Beautiful and peaceful backyard. Game room was tons of fun for our teens and adults too! Thank you so much!

What an incredible stay! My husband and I loved our "home away from home" located in one of the South's most beautiful neighborhoods! Partner that with Eliza's gracious hospitality, excellent communication and numerous amenities throughout the house and community, it made for the perfect extended stay. Plus the location is centrally located for day trips to Bluffton and Hilton Head SC, as well as Savannah GA. We definitely hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle's place. It is a beautiful, peaceful retreat and we spent every morning on the porch enjoying the views with our coffee. The location is as remote as described and you better have some great vehicle backup skills to use on the one lane causeway! :) Michelle was a great host and very responsive. We lost power one evening and she immediately answered my call to report the outage and direct me to candles for the house. Overall, we had a very relaxing wonderful girls trip! Thank you, Michelle!

This house was a fantastic place for our group of friends. We had 3 couples, so we each had our own bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was awesome with all the amenities needed to cook and enjoy meals. We did love the screened in outdoor porch in the evenings. Worth the money for sure.

This is a classic Edisto home. We enjoyed what we call The Swiss Family Robinson treehouse. The 360 views and privacy are wonderful. The amenities like bikes, kayaks/canoe and cart make for that extra fun exploring Jeremy's Inlet. We picked up our usual goodies from Kings market and had some memorable adventures shell and fossil hunting. Bird watching is an incredible downtime activity from the various porches. A great place to get away from the daily grind and revive the soul with sea, sun and sand.

We had so much fun on our trip to Fripp. The house sits by the marina on one side and the marsh on the other but wasn’t too loud or too busy. We spent most of our mornings out in the back deck watching the tide come in and watching wildlife with the binoculars provided. Monday morning we found that there was no internet. I had a conference call for work, so this was a bit inconvenient. I went up to the guest service center and found they too had no internet. That afternoon we went to Hunting Beach, and they also had no internet. Check out was a bit early, but we still managed to use the bikes in the garage to run down to the beach for sunrise and clean up before we left. There were no trash cans so we just put our trash bags in the area the cans were supposed to be. Can’t wait for our next low country trip!

My wife and I came here for our baby moon to celebrate our first child. As beach people AND also airbnb hosts, we are picky. Pictures do not do this place justice. Wildlife is everywhere from dolphins, cranes, and Deer. Sunsets that look like you see pictures of in magazines. This place is special, unique, and without a doubt the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. On top of all of this, the hosts did ALL the little things right as far as amenities. Clean, recently renovated, comfortable beds/pillows, heated fan in the master bathroom, and ceiling fans in every room. Do not hesitate and book this place! My wife and I already rebooked to come back later this year.

We loved our stay at James’ place! The house was very clean and well-stocked. It was charming and had an amazing screened in porch that we used every day! We were very close to the beach and loved the gorgeous Spanish moss and palmetto-lined street the house is on. The golf cart was an added plus, we loved using it to get around the island and to go to the pool at the resort. James was responsive and helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. Lastly, we loved being able to bring our four legged friend. Our dog loves spending time at the beach so it was great to find an Airbnb welcoming to dogs. Would recommend for your next family vacation!

Beautiful peaceful place in nature. The house and bedroom had huge windows looking onto the marsh with so many bird singing. Kayaking was great, exploring the marsh. Some sand gnats when there wasn’t a breeze so we had to wear bug spray at times. My husband, dogs and I loved it.

Incredible cottage on the May River. Without a doubt one of my favorite AirBnb’s. The owners did an incredible job decorating and making the cottage feel unique and cozy. I’ve never would have guessed that the wall paneling under the wainscoting was roofing from the original historic house that was remodeled and rebuilt. The cottage guest house is located alongside the main house with full access to the beautiful gardens, patios, and pier. It is a serene setting and just so wonderful to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. We stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed more but we stopped as part of a southeast coast roadtrip from Virginia to Key West Florida. Our plan had been to use Bluffton as a stay over to visit Hilton Head Island. Not knowing we had booked during a busy and popular PGA golf weekend we were cautioned about the traffic in Hilton Head so we decided to stay back and just enjoy Bluffton and the cottage. This was the best decision ever!!

Fantastic! We loved the decor and all the amenities, especially the golf cart and the hot tub! Great location and cute cottage, I would highly recommend this place and Missy!

This was a girls trip with my 3 daughters. We wanted to stay on one of the rivers. My daughters are 27, 25 and 20. They absolutely loved it. We were ticked back in the lines and palm trees. It felt very private but we were at the very end of a very nice and private community. They had everything available for a great vacation…. Hot tub, fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks, life vests, golf carts, etc. we hated to leave. Joni responded within seconds to any message we sent her. They were great hosts.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and close to many wonderful places to see in the area. The bed was very comfortable...a big plus! Chris was very helpful and accomodating with our questions and needs. He was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay as good as it could be.
