Excellent apartment with large garden, ideal for dogs.

The place is exquisite. It's beautifully arranged furnishings give a warm and welcoming impression. I sense a woman's hand was in the design and decor. Alex and Patricia were really helpful providing maps and directions around the city. This was extremely useful in getting us to the cobbled streets of the old town. At first the issue of parking for me was confusing, but Alex explained everything. Great place to stay and great value for money. 👍

Judith's house is located directly on various hiking trails and within a 5-minute walk to the tram. The perfect place to explore the area and the Kaufunger Forest. Königsalm and Niester Riesen are very close, Kaufungen itself is very cute, definitely worth a look! The experience brickyard diagonally opposite the tram is also worth seeing. The apartment was as described and an excellent home base for us. The huge dining table and the view of the countryside, the super comfortable bed, the fireplace, the patio in front of the kitchen with a beautiful seating area... Thank you for the wonderful stay! The accommodation was very nice as described and we felt very comfortable. The location was ideal. The communication was quick, friendly, and straightforward. Checking in and out was also straightforward. We would be happy to rent the apartment again at any time.

We are a family of 4 with 2 small children. The apartment and garden were super large and beautifully bright. There was nothing lacking in household appliances. The location of the apartment was great, quiet area and everything quickly accessible within 15 minutes.

We have never had such a warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, is lovingly furnished with many pretty details and very clean. Angela made us feel good and sweetened us with loving treats. We also found feeding bowls and a dog blanket for our dog - totally thoughtful. We can recommend this apartment to everyone and will gladly come back!

See beautiful and modernly furnished loft in a private company building, although it has a heating plant or something nearby, but we hardly heard of it and the Fulda, paths, fields and meadows can be reached on foot and by dog.

Ideal accommodation for a weekend stay for two. The apartment is extensively equipped, even basic requirements for spices and cleaners incl. Dishcloth and towels available. We thought the welcome with water and fruit was great.

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

We had a very nice extended weekend in the forest cottage. The communication with Lena in advance and also during our stay was super uncomplicated and friendly. The house is very cozy, we felt completely comfortable!

House was beautiful and private - were warmly welcomed with homemade jam. The property is perfect for visiting Vellmar and Kassel. The bathroom was new and sparkling clean and soft towels were also available. The house has been decorated with fresh tulips from their own garden. Kitchen was super equipped (unfortunately we did not find any cutting boards). The wifi was a bit sporadic but everything was great :)

A truly idyllic spot in a region that is far too little known, where you can hike wonderfully. The holiday home is a typical "dacha" or garden house, surrounded by nature, absolutely quiet, with a veranda for sitting outside, a grill and extensive facilities. Lovingly furnished with everything you need (and fast Internet!) Four-legged travel companions were also thought of and can feel comfortable (completely fenced property). Denise was always available via chat, everything on site worked like clockwork. We will be happy to come back.

We spent an extended weekend in this great house for 8 and were completely thrilled, especially by the diverse and large lounges and the park-like outdoor area. The equipment is more than extensive and we missed nothing. The house with its ambience and tasteful furnishings is truly unique. Anne gave a tour of the house, as well as tips on shopping and dining options in the area. She was also always available for questions. We definitely want to come back.

Our stay at the Diemelsee was very nice! The house is spacious and comfortably furnished. It has everything you need. Christian is also super accessible for any questions. Thank you so much for the nice break.

It was a wonderful stay and a wonderful accommodation. We found that it was even more beautiful than in the pictures. We spontaneously asked both for check-in and check-out if we could enter the apartment a little earlier or leave it later and that was all possible without any problems, which does not have to be offered at all. It was really great and all the guests liked it very much. Due to the wonderful weather, we also had the opportunity to sit outside and were able to use the cozy garden in a quiet and relaxed location. Such a great accommodation, which I can only recommend to everyone, even if you are traveling with a larger group!

A nice place and a quiet street, a nice spacious apartment and also very light. A friendly host who responded to all questions. We liked that there was no TV but against that and against a pickup with LPs.

We had a great time. The apartment was super clean and there was everything you needed for a short stay. We even got delicious waffles from our hostess at the door.
