Cabin holiday rentals in Frogn Municipality

FOR a fantastic place!! We were a large group that rented two cottages from Michael Angelo. Both were enormously beautiful, with fantastic views of the water, swimming opportunities and all the facilities. The host provided very good information so we felt well taken care of. Well-equipped kitchen, good beds, new and fresh interior, and important details such as dark curtains were all in place. We will definitely be back!

Spent New Year here, fantastic views, very comfortable accomodation, well equipped if you chose to self cater, would recommend.

Very nice cabin, perfect for a larger group. It would be advantageous to have an additional bathroom, but with a little planning, 15 people and 1 bathroom worked fine.

The cabin was super cosy, clean and comfortable. Thanks to the forest surrounding it, you don’t feel like you are in such a close proximity to Oslo at all! The hot tub outside was a highlight of the trip and it was also super easy to use. Highly recommend!

Lovely hytte, very welcoming and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we had every equipment we needed. The place is also very easy to reach by bus. Plus, Elin was a very friendly and helpful host !

The stay in was very successful. Amazing owners. Helpful and courteous. The place is beautifully situated. The cottage is very well equipped with everything necessary, and what should be added acceptance of dogs. Big plus. We very much appreciate the CDs and the ability to play them. We absolutely loved our five days in Maj-Britt’s beautiful cottage by the sea! The view over the Oslo Sound is spectacular and the cabin is tastefully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen and a new bathroom. One can tell that it is a private home as nothing is missing and everything has been chosen with love and care. The decks are wonderful and the garden is lovingly tended for. It is only a ten-minute walk down to a little harbour and beautiful bathing spot used by the locals. We also loved the easy transfer by bus and ferry to Oslo so that you can leave your car by the house. It takes less than one hour and the ferry ride is an experience in itself. Oslo is a very affluent attractive city and very safe so that our two daughters enjoyed some individual sightseeing on their own. Apart from the great museums the city‘s new library is also a must-see right next to the opera. Thank you, Maj-Britt, for your charming, comfortable and super-clean house! We‘ll definitely be back!!!

Halvor's cabin is really very nicely located on an ingrown slope above the Oslofjord. The hut is lovingly maintained and in good shape. In the evening sun we enjoyed the beautiful view of the fjord and then turned on a cozy fire in the fireplace. Oslo is about 35 minutes, really not too far for a day trip. We highly recommend the place and Halvor as a host !

Wonderful place, very nice view. The sea is just a few steps down from the house. Private beach.

We had a great time in the house. The view on the lake is super nice and we loved to watch the sunset from the terrasse. We loved going for walks or long runs in the woods just around the house. Absolutely amazing! We found the house on super short notice on Air BnB and could move in within the same day. They were very flexible and made sure we could arrive earlier. Communication with the host was excellent and very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend it.

LOVELY location just a few minutes walking distance from the beach. What a holiday paradise! We felt the tranquility of what we arrived, surrounded of beautiful nature and sea as far as the eye can see. Lovely patio for small and big!

Great cabin with fantastic patio! It was sparkling clean when we arrived, the dialogue with the host has been simple and informative all the way. The cabin has everything you need, and was perfect for our stay. We would gladly come again!

We had a great weekend at Peter's cabin! Super nice playground right by the cabin, which the children enjoyed. Lots to do for the whole family in short distances by car and the cabin had a beautiful view, was spacious, airy and very comfortable. Peter was quick to respond to our questions and friendly in communication. We would gladly come again!
