The house is located at the end of a dead end road, in the middle of Drøbak city center. Quiet and secluded, while it is only a two-minute walk to the "hustle and bustle". No other residents. Here you will find cozy shops, good restaurants, beautiful beaches and nice sights The apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. Here you have a superb view of Drøbakssundet and Oscarsborg. It only takes two minutes to stroll down to the jetty for a morning swim and 5 minutes to walk to the first of several nice beaches.

Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

Boligen har en unik beliggenhet bare få meter fra Oslofjorden og bademuligheter. Det er kort veg til Oscarsborg fergeleie - Sundbrygga, Badeparken og Drøbak sentrum. Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

Bring the whole family to this cabin that is located undisturbed in a quiet area on the hill of Drøbak. Beautiful views of the Oslofjord, large and airy natural plot with plenty of space for play and relaxation. Here blueberries and wild strawberries grow, the deer walk over the plot, there are sheep grazing in the area and for the children there are, among other things, a playhouse, slide and trampoline. A small paradise for all ages.

Unique family cabin in the treetops south of Drøbak. At the heart of a cul-de-sac you will find a unique cabin with immediate proximity to the beach and water (150m to the sea). This year-round cabin was built in 2017 and is a fantastic starting point for both relaxation, sport and leisure in summer and winter. Drøbak center is approx. 10 minutes away by bike and approx. 50 minutes on foot.
