Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Frogner

I was there for 5 weeks. The view is very nice and you have your privacy. On foot you can get to a large shopping center quite quickly, there is everything your heart desires. In general, you can get by very well on foot. I didn't test the public transport. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. He had offered to take me on a hike, which I also enjoyed. He gave plenty of tips on what to do in the area but also tips for longer trips. All in all, a very great 5 weeks.

It’s a very quiet place, great place to relax and still be connected to the city. Comfortable and liveable. Great place for travels with small animals as well.

Spacious and delicious "hotel room" in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Short distance to tram directly to Oslo city center. Easy check-in, good description and good communication.

Highly recommended for a larger group. We gathered 8 people from different parts of the country for a wedding and were able to stay together as a whole family. Very pleasant and elegant accommodation. Perfectly functioning contact with the hosts.

Kjell and Merete's micro-home is a little gem. The decoration is very nice, and everything has been thought of to make the guests' stay comfortable and easy. In a small volume, there is absolutely everything, and the small attentions of Kjell and Merete give the impression of being more than welcome: soft bathrobes, directions in Norwegian and English to find restaurants in the neighborhood, shower gel and soaps that smell good... We felt at home, and we will be happy to come back! We highly recommend this oasis of calm in the greenery.

Location was in a quiet, residential neighborhood but with easy access by walking or 6 minutes from the tram (that I used most frequently). 10 minute walk from the Airport Express train! Elevator for luggage was crucial. Washer/dryer combo was the primary reason I selected the apartment as I was on a long trip and needed to do laundry part-way through. Excellent communication and responsiveness.

Borghild’s place was fantastic and super fun to stay in! It was compared to be the Mayfair area in London and I can see why. Really great apartment!

I had a great time at this apartment in Oslo. The place was very clean, well-equipped, and really nice to stay in. The bedding was particularly comfortable, and the living room perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, while being well connected by public transport. It's also possible to walk to the city center in about thirty minutes, which is super convenient. I would recommend it in a second!

Sergio was fantastic, staying up late to check us in after midnight. The flat is well located right opposite the park but doesn’t have a view of the park, only the back garden. It’s lovely to walk round the park but it’s about 30+ minutes walk into town or a tram ride depending how lazy you are. The flat was really quiet and warm, had loads of little things like a coffee pod machine but no tv so we caught up on our books instead. We had one bed and a sofa bed which was good as I think one bed would have been a bit small. A great apartment and really enjoyed our stay in Oslo. Highly recommended.

A small charming top floor apartment on a quiet street in Oslo. The host and his wife met us upon arrival and were very nice. The apartment was comfortable and the location is close to transportation, and overall the stay was a good value considering the steep prices in Norway. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

Christian's place was an excellent stay for my first time in Oslo. He was very communicative as a host. We checked in late at night due to our flight timing and Christian was there to meet us and explain the apartment to us when we arrived. He even got a us champagne as a welcome gift. The apartment itself is beautiful! Great location - we could walk to the center, to various shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable - the temperature was perfect. The decor was very cozy. Good water pressure in the shower. Would definitely stay here again!

Maria's home was a highlight in our Oslo trip, I don't think we could have found a better place to enjoy and explore our time in the city. The home is spotless, quiet, very comfortable, stylish, and comes with a million dollar view of the city. We enjoyed the outdoor space and watching the sunsets and the view of the water. The hosts were incredibly responsive, warm, and welcoming- they provided such detailed information that we greatly appreciated. We hope to be lucky enough to return and stay again one day.

Stig's place is great, with all you need for both a shorter or a longer stay. Stig was very nice and communication with him went very smooth, really fast in replying to messages. The apartment was very nice and welcoming and the location is great, close to parks ,shops, local transportation.

Marie’s place is a perfect cosy hideaway In a beautiful old part of town close to Frogener park and the Vigeland museum and sculpture park for walking and running. Super easy public transport in to the city centre. Also walkable into the city along the harbour/marina in about 30 min to Aker Brygge. Grocery stores and restaurants close to the apartment. Marie is a wonderful host and happy to help with any questions etc.. Cannot recommend enough!!

The location was perfect. The apartment was very efficient and modern. We were able to settle in quite comfortably and accomplish the project we came to Oslo to develop. Very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The apartment was well located. Public transport was easily accessible on foot. There were even supermarkets nearby. Restaurants were also almost around the corner. Quiet living but still close to the center. Questions regarding the apartment were answered immediately. Communication was great with Jörn. He also contacted me before I moved into the apartment. I thought it was great, especially when you're a stranger in a city. I can only recommend it and I would come back at any time....
