Big rental house in Gautestad

A peaceful, large house right by the lake of Høvringen in Norway. The house hosts a private beach, perfect for fishing, swimming and a row around the lake. The house comes with a lot of beds, and a small sleeping loft, perfect for big groups. Towels and sheets are NOT included. Stores are located about 20-25 minutes away by car, in the small city of Evje. A small gym is available in the annex next to the house, free to use during your stay. The hot tub is available Easter to mid October.

Within walking distance there are good swimming facilities in both the sea and in fresh water. Nearby there is also a hotel with cafe/restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, etc. The shortest way to Risør is during the summer months a cozy person ferry that goes close by. It is also possible to rent a boat or book a boat taxi.

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.
