The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Bike service – City of Nantes – Bicloo Station Close to tram and bus. Tram - Line 3 Bretagne or Jean Jaures stop Tram – Line 2 Place du Cirque stop Bus - Line C2, Talsensac stop If you use public transport, the apartment is accessible via TRAM line 2, Talensac or Viarme stop. Bedding, towels and dish towels are available. Baby equipment (baby bed and high chair) are available upon request. Remember to bring your sleeping bag!

Great view from last floor! English speaking

Our apartment is a bit unique in Saint Jean de Monts, thanks to a very personal and artistic touch. We are sure you will appreciate the view on the beach and the forest from the large balcony, where we recommend you to take your breakfast. The apartment is located right next to the beach (facing the ocean), nearby the tourisme office and the new swimming-pool. Last floor with elevator, private parking and easy access to the forest and cycle-ways. Internet available (wifi with great connection).

House with sea view, terrace, enclosed garden, door with direct access to the customs trail, 100 meters from the beach of La Source and sea water therapy, the train station is 900 meters away, the port is 1 km away, close to all shops. Following numerous messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Rental is possible from a minimum of 4 nights in winter then 7 nights (during all school holidays as well as from spring until November 11). Thank you for your understanding.

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Very warm, clean and comfortable space with southwest terrace equipped with a table and four chairs overlooking the Pornic golf course. Ideal for two people who want peace and quiet while being close to the beach (12 min/walking), the city center (18 min/walking), shops (10 min/walking). Available: pool and two bikes.
