La Volière se situe sur un promontoire rocheux, donnant sur une magnifique métairie où s’épanouissent quelques moutons. Attenant au domaine, le gîte, avec son jardin privatif, vous offrira le silence de la campagne et une vue paisible. En été, vous pourrez bénéficier d'un accès à la piscine partagée. Beaucoup de domaines viticoles autour de nous, de promenades à pied ou en vélo, de brocantes et vide-greniers selon la période, et si vous avez envie de respirer l'océan, il n'est pas loin !

You will have lunch on the pool view terrace, (saltwater, heated from May 15 to September 15, 10x5), on the edge of Dordogne, first line to see the tidal bore. Enjoy quality time with the whole family in this peaceful private residence, nestled among the vineyards of beautiful Fronsac. Just minutes from the world-famous vineyards, restaurants and villages of Saint-Émilion. The house offers generous living spaces and a separate author’s studio, perfect for quiet remote work or creative projects. Relax by the poolside dining area, or unwind with a drink in our new outdoor hot tub for 2026, overlooking the surrounding vineyards and valley.

Nestled in the heart of the hilly vineyards of Fronsadais, our RIVE GAUCHE vacation rental has, like its neighbor Rive Droite, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace for outdoor dining. The cottage is accessible from a private tree-lined driveway. The living spaces are turned to enjoy the splendid view of the vineyards. A swimming pool to share on sunny days. The hillside house of Château Mazeris is a peaceful place on the heights of Fronsadais amid vineyards. It was completely renovated this year so you can enjoy a magnificent view, moments of relaxation and conviviality thanks to its large terrace, swimming pool and pétanque court. Our region is full of activities and places to discover. Winegrowers in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we will be happy to show you around the property and taste our wines.

Villa Caillou

Located in the heart of the Fronsadais vineyard, Villa Caillou, 110 m2, fully air-conditioned, has a large living room dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen, an office area, toilet as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, 2 master suites of 22 m2 with 2 twin beds (180 x 200 cm), bathroom and toilet in each. Outside, enjoy the terrace and its mini pool (4x2m), as well as a garden table, deckchairs and a barbecue.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Come and relax and enjoy the exceptional setting offered by the location of this charming cottage for 4 or 6 people (150 m²) backed by a magnificent 18th century residence located on the banks of the Dordogne. You are in a magical place in the middle of a 6000 m² wooded park, very quiet and enjoy exceptional views of the river. If you are a surfer, you can try surfing the famous Mascaret de St-Pardon wave that passes at the foot of the house.
