Atypical beachfront house. The house is on the front line, direct access to the sea. It consists of two distinct floors, each with their own special atmosphere. On the first floor, a large wooden balcony, very well ventilated. On the ground floor, a large kitchen-living room with access to a shaded terrace more out of sight. The neighborhood is residential and the beach will probably be empty in the mornings and evenings. All you will hear are the waves! No groups of young people, no parties.

House with garden, wooden terraces (table and deckchair), completely renovated can accommodate up to 6 people. Our bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, accessible by a staircase.
