Monthly Rentals in Fruitdale

Andy has been such an amazing host!! I originally booked my stay for one week but have constantly been rebooking it for a few more weeks because I enjoyed the place so much. The surrounding area is really nice, safe, and quiet. It’s also pretty central to a lot of things so you don’t have to drive far. And the place had everything you would need. Andy was also really sweet and kept my credit card safe when I misplaced it and kept it until I came back for my next stay. Overall, really amazing, would recommend, & rebook again!

Greta and restful stay which is what i needed for my three hectic days in SJ and Palo Alto. everything was very conveniently located. The room was perfect for rest and some work. The bathroom was spotless and the kitchen was very helpful if you needed anything. Lovely stay.

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The place was nice, clean, and cozy. It is located in a calm, peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!
