Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fruitville

This home is an excellent place to stay! It is very private and peaceful. The home is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The heated pool was very nice and the whole outside area is fenced which makes it very secluded. The outside area is gorgeous with a nice rock waterfall and lights everywhere and a lot of sitting options. The listing matched exactly what we received which is perfect! Everything inside was so clean and pristine. I have stayed at a few handfuls of Air B n B’s and this one is by far at the top of my list! I will definitely be staying here again :)

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

Wow!! Jeff & Lyn’s home was perfect for our stay of 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant! Very kid friendly! Everything was extremely clean, organized, all cabinets were labeled. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including items for baby/child. Garage had plenty of beach toys, wagon, chairs, baby pool float, baby beach tent. Beds were very comfortable & nice linens! The home looks recently upgraded and everything is in great condition. Home is conveniently located to downtown Sarasota, restaurants and local beaches. Jeff & Lyn thought of everything! I can’t think of anything that could be changed or added! Highly recommend this property & will definitely return for a future stay.

This was a great place to stay long term. Great access to bike trail, park, downtown, beaches. They were very responsive when I had a couple questions. I’ll definitely considering staying again!!

I will definitely go back and stay here again when in Sarasota. The new beautiful modern pool and hot tub area is amazing was so tranquil and well thought out with high end lounging/seating for 10+. I spent most of my free hours around the pool area when at the house. WIFI was great when needing to work. The location was an easy drive to the local restaurants and quaint downtown area 5-10 min., to the closer beaches 15 -30 min., was bicycle/walkable for me (I am 65 y/o). I was in town for a conference and also saw alot of people on nearby small/clean little open air trolley-like buses getting around downtown (might want to check those out). I felt safe and walked/explored to the downtown hotel area (~ 40 min.). So close to the convenient Sarasota/Bradenton airport (~20 )! The hosts were so responsive and genuinely caring, they anticipated my needs before I asked by offering suggestions and options, so worth the stay! Thank you to the hosts!

Such a clean and comfortable home with a lovely pool and screened room. Very quiet and relaxing. Easy to get around the area with many restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. Bonus that the beach is only a short drive away. Edwine was a very thoughtful and helpful host. Would definitely not hesitate staying again. Highly recommend.

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

Great location and felt at home! We were able to walk downtown and a short drive to St. Armands and Lido Beach. Very friendly and responsive during our stay if we had questions!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was exceptionally clean, updated, and well-maintained. The pool area was a highlight—clean and relaxing. Additionally, the location was very convenient, providing easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. I would gladly stay here again.

If you’re looking for a simple, by the bay, relaxing place, this is your place! Jeff was very responsive when communicating. Some complimentary food and drink items in the room were super helpful after a day of travel and awaiting our groceries. We had WalMart+ delivery right to our building. The pool is clean with beach towels provided and large enough to spread out when a large crowd is there. This place is in a hotel, so having hotel perks was great! The gym was small, but perfect for a treadmill walk to wait out the rain. The Tiki bar/restaurant on the property was very nice. Highly recommend their tacos and mango cart beer! There was a band or dj every night we were there with great music. For the price of our stay, we have zero complaints!

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!
