Cheerful place to stay in converted barn

Sure, it is possible to combine fresh and comfortable accommodation with rural idyll, close to gardens, forest and lake! In 2022, we embarked on an exciting project to transform the barn on my grandfather's parent farm into a luxury leisure home. In May 2023 we finished the one apartment and in the autumn the other. The possibilities are many: enjoy the tranquility of forest walks, by the lake or on the patio in the evening sun and combine with excursions in the surrounding area and southern Sweden. Loading the car is included in the price.

Treehouse in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful home in the midst of forest. In this treehouse you live up among the trees on a quiet and peaceful place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

Newly renovated cottage with sauna by the lake

Newly renovated cottage of 80 square meters that recently underwent a complete renovation. It sleeps up to 7 people, with beds in 3 bedrooms + as well as a sofa bed with two sleeping places. The cottage is located by a lake with its own jetty and wood fired sauna (wood included) as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals. The cottage has a patio at the front, a large balcony and a terrace where you can hang out, eat and sunbathe. Located about 15 minutes from Isaberg Mountain Resort.

Cozy private outhouse in rural Småland environment

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 16 sqm country house in a typical Småland setting. On the property there are chickens and cats. The WC and the shower are completely newly built. Kitchen in very good standard. Refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, stove and oven are available. A 140 bed (sleeps two if you want to sleep close) plus an 80 mattress to the floor. Summer time there is the possibility to buy eggs and vegetables from the farm! Warm welcome!

Our house is a wonderful place all seasons with its charm. You choose where you take your coffee, or dining area for what suits the moment and the weather. During the winter you are close to two different ski systems - Kylås and Isaberg in Hestra! The barn has several decorated corners(cold in autumn/winter) Perfect for cozy autumn weekends, there is a wood stove, tiled stoves. Close to Jönköping and Värnamo, Elmia Swimming -Continue on the main road, 1km turn right
