Yanity House

You will have access to the entire house fully furnished. Pet's are welcome just keep paws clean its a beige rug. We want everyone to be comfortable, so please let us know how and what you would like to see improved if you rent the unit. We will improve the unit as per guest suggestions. Currently we do not have cable but we do have a dvd and game system in the living room - All the bedrooms have TV's, dvd players or bring your streaming device There currently is no phone but cell service works

Winter Wonderland Glamping at Maia's Place

Enjoy a true a winter paradise on your own private property! Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains all around. This tiny home sits on a private two acres, has an outdoor patio area for lounging, grilling, and star gazing at night. The inside is fully equipped with a convection stovetop, fridge, bathroom, wifi, and queen-sized bed with an east-facing window for the perfect sunrise! Please note that during winter months you'll need to park by the entrance and walk to the tiny home (2 min walk)

Lovely Farm Cottage & Majestic Waterfall

The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

Our guesthouse is minutes from the interstate, but you'll swear that you've traveled far out in "God's country." Surrounded by many Amish neighbors, we are centrally located to Cooperstown, Howe Caverns, the Southern Adirondacks, Saratoga, Albany, Utica, and the Mohawk Valley (all within an hour's drive or less.) Enjoy a quiet retreat far off the road with authentic Amish furniture and decor and modern conveniences (washer & dryer, dishwasher, Keurig, AC/Heat, WiFi and streaming TV.)

Upstairs private (isolated to guest access only) studio apartment with full amenities, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, large livingroom, washer/dryer and off street parking. Lots of local attractions. Near Howes Caverns and Secret Caverns, Iroquois Museum, Old Stone Fort, Vroman's Nose, Schoharie Kayak Rentals etc. Less than 2 miles off I88 exit 23. If you really need a place to stay for just one night or a long term stay contact me. I will try to accommodate you if possible.

Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
