Location - the house is located on the regional road between Camacha and Santo da Serra, it is a 5-minute drive from downtown Vila da Camacha, where you will find a supermarket (with self-service laundry), gas station, bakery, some cafes and restaurants.

The house is fully equipped but the highlight is certainly the balcony with sea view where you can enjoy a relaxing sunset. Please note the house is not in the main road so you need to walk 3min down the stairs to reach the house. Distances: 10min drive to the center, 25min to Funchal and 40min to airport.

A beautiful comfortable open space, located at the ground floor, connecting directly to the gardens...very well equipped with wifi, beautiful gardens and pool enjoys a fantastic view from the terrace over the city and harbor. The location is great, in a walking distance from Funchal center. Coming back because being a steep road, a taxi is around 7€.
