Enjoy a magical vacation overlooking the ocean just 5 minutes from downtown. Stylish and comfortable apartments have all the amenities. On the roof of the house there is a platform where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view of the center of Funchal and the ocean. In the new year from this point the best view of New Year's fireworks! The center and the beach can be reached: on foot 45 minutes, by bus (stop near the house) or taxi 5-8 minutes. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the house.

Fortaleza de Sao Joao Baptista do Pico is a 2-min walk from where you have an incredible view of the whole city. There you will also find Cafe Fortaleza, where you can have a tasty and affordable snack. It takes 10-15 mins to get to the center (the whole town consists of ascents and descents). Nearby is a bus stop, you can use a cab Bolt (about €4 to the shopping center La Vie).
