The cottage is child-friendly with plenty of space for play both indoors and outdoors. There is a playground, tree house, trampoline and generous areas with lawn. Here, it is cozy to be all year round, in the winter months you can stay at home and enjoy the sauna and hot bath, or why not an ice-cold morning swim in the nearby lake? In the summer, a bike ride to Bosarpasjön 3 km away is the obvious choice!

The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

On request, 2 extra beds can be put up in the livingroom (for 50 SEK/bed/night). Spacious garden (ca 2000 m2), located in a small picturesque village. The owners live in the neighbouring house and speak Swedish, Dutch, English and some German. In the surroundings are beautifull woods to walk and at 4k distance to lake Bosarpasjö for a swim. No smoking&pets
