A 65 sqm summerhouse from 1998 with a wood-burning stove. The house is located in Kerteminde summer village, in the 2nd row from the beach. You can then see the water and the big belt bridge from the terrace. It is 150 meters down to Nordstranden, which is one of Funen's best beaches. But most importantly, it's a house full of light, tranquility, and good memories. The house is from 1998, but before my grandmother's house was on the property, so in these surroundings I have spent all my childhood summer holidays with pancakes, nutellamadder and play.

A stone's throw from the beach is the newly built holiday apartment. From the spacious terrace there is a magnificent panoramic view of the beach and the bay. On a clear day, the Great Belt Bridge is clearly visible on the horizon. One bedroom is equipped with a separate glass section towards the living room, so you can enjoy the sea view to the east without getting out of bed as well as a private bathroom. In addition, there is one more bedroom, one room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. The beds are made and there are tea towels, dishcloths & towels.

Nice townhouse on 2 floors in the heart of Marstal. The house is centrally located in relation to the harbour/beach/pedestrian street/Restaurants & shopping opportunities. Practical: Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and dishcloths must be brought with you, but toilet paper and hand soap are for free use in the house. You clean the house yourself when you leave it, the house has everything you need in the kitchen also at the end of the cleaning. Smoking only allowed outside. NOTE: the dishwasher must be emptied before departure!
