Enjoy Rosario, we are Mari and Hugo and we want to welcome you and have a good time! Our apartment is comfortable, safe, warm, new furniture, 1 double bed, 32" TV, living room with 2-person sofa, 50" LED TV. Separate kitchen, 300 meters from Bv. Oroño and Pichincha (culinary and entertainment hub). 250 meters from the river, 100 meters from a pharmacy, supermarket, 5 mini-market, ice cream parlor, laundry, everything you need. Covered parking on the same block for a fee. Free on the street after 8 pm and 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

A great place for a short stay. Private garage, small lawn (it was perfect for my workout). There are a few nice venues for breakfast and dinner in 2-10 mins walk. For colder times the warm ac works perfectly (we were with an infant)!

The apartment is large, the rooms are comfortable with comfortable mattresses and very good quality sheets, impeccable. Very clean bathroom with good ventilation and very good light. Clean towels. The kitchen, impeccable dining room. Very good heating system. Everything works great. The balcony is beautiful, large. It's close to everything, and very easy to access. I definitely recommend the apartment. Flor responds very quickly and is very attentive.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It's modern, well-equipped, and has everything you need. The location is excellent: in a calm and quiet area, close to the river. What was the best part, being so close to the Paraná River - close to the parks along the waterfront, where you can relax, take a stroll, or watch the river with mate. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Rosario.

Formidable! I'll be back every time I visit Rosario. Renata's apartment is located in Puerto Norte, by far the best area in the city. A modern, practical apartment with all the amenities (including a fixed garage in the basement, which in Rosario is a plus!). Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and the river at your feet. 100000% recommended.
