Condo holiday rentals in Fuorigrotta, Naples

Excelente estadía en un lindo barrio residencial napolitano. El apartamento es súper cómodo, tiene todo para pasar una linda estancia. Se ubica cerca de diferentes líneas de trenes/metro. Y el anfitrión fue súper amable y bien predispuesto a responder cualquier inquietud. Incluso nos ayudó a encontrar la entrada al estadio del Napoli. Nos encantó el detalle del desayuno. Lo recomiendo, sin lugar a dudas! 😃

La casa era molto bella, funzionale e pulita. I proprietari si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili, disponibili ed educati. Ero a Napoli con una persona disabile al seguito e, fin dal primo momento, ci hanno messo a disposizione il loro montascale per facilitare l’accesso. Purtroppo, al secondo giorno si è verificato un guasto, ma è stato proprio in quell’occasione che hanno dimostrato il massimo della disponibilità: ogni volta che ne abbiamo avuto bisogno, ci hanno aiutato personalmente a superare i dieci gradini presenti dopo l’ascensore – anche a tarda notte, una volta addirittura dopo mezzanotte. Gli imprevisti possono capitare, ma l’empatia e l’attenzione che ci hanno riservato non sono affatto scontate. Davvero encomiabili.

Tutto perfetto, Alessandro è stato molto cortese, sempre super disponibile e avere a che fare con lui è stato un immenso piacere. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve, tutto pulito e ordinato ed è come sentirsi a casa propria. Ottima posizione, condominio tranquillo e a pochi passi dal centro, ci son molti locali e supermercati nei dintorni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, grazie Alessandro!

Esse apartamento é simplesmente fabuloso! A anfitriã foi muito gentil em aceitar o meu pedido de última hora e sua mãe foi muito ágil em preparar tudo para mim. A vista é encantadora, você consegue ver o mar e a ilha de capri! É um verdadeiro luxo! Muito espaçoso, com muita luz natural. Confortável, bem abastecido com roupa de cama, toalhas. Ela foi tão gentil e deixou eu utilizar seus suprimentos para cozinhar, havia tudo que eu precisava, não tive que me preocupar com nada. O prédio é bonito, localização ótima, tranquila, de frente para uma praça e estacionamento. Farmácia, cafés e tudo que você precisa bem ao lado. Eu com certeza voltarei para passar mais tempo nesse lugar encantador! Queria ficar mais tempo, mas o apartamento já estava alugado para outros hóspedes, mas sou grata pela semana tranquila que passei! Obrigada por toda hospitalidade e carinho. Super Recomendo!!!

Filippo and Simona were absolutely lovely! Their apartment was really large and comfortable. The location was private and secure and within a stone’s throw of the water. We spent two evenings on the harbor watching boats come and go with Mt. Vesuvius as the backdrop! It was remarkable! Thank you to our hosts — they were awesome and so was the apartment!

Siamo stati a casa di Elena per due notti, siamo stati per un concerto e per visitare la splendida Napoli. Comodissimo allo stadio Maradona, si va a piedi e comodissimo anche alla zona del centro di Napoli tramite metro, a due passi dalla casa. Elena ci ha fornito spiegazione perfetta per raggiungere la casa e ci ha accolto di persona in anticipo rispetto all’orario di check in. Torneremo sicuramente. Super consigliata! 🤩

Lara und Alessandro ware sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und haben sich selbst nach dem Check-In immer mal wieder erkundigt, ob alles ok ist, bzw. haben hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. In Posillipo zu wohnen war für uns ein Glückgriff, denn direkt in der Stadt wäre es uns zu laut und zu chaotisch oder zu touristisch gewesen. In Posillipo ist man unter Einheimischen, hat den typischen Flair dieser Stadt mit leckerem Essen, aber auch die landschaftliche Schönheit direkt vor der Tür, und kommt mit dem Bus einfach in Zentrum. Zudem ist es eine sichere Gegend, nach Hause auf den Piazza S. Luigi zu kommen nach einem vollen Tag Sight-Seeing war immer eine Erholung und Freude.

지금까지 이용해 본 에어비앤비 숙소 중 가장 좋았어요. 호스트인 Corrado는 매우 친절한 사람이였어요. 그는 우리를 약속장소에 마중나와 숙소까지 친절하게 안내해 주었어요. 숙소는 3층이라 엘레베이터가 없는데 그가 우리의 무거운 캐리어를 들어주었습니다. 그리고 집을 하나하나 매우 친절하게 안내해 주었으며, 웰컴 와인과 필요한 물도 제공해 주었어요. 그리고 그는 나폴리 가이드 및 숙소 내에서 필요한 것들을 편하게 물어보라고 친절하게 알려주었어요. 나가는 날에도 그는 우리가 말한 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰 나중나와 주었고 우리의 짐을 들어주었어요. Corrado는 우리가 정말 나폴리에서 행복한 기억을 만들고 갔으면 하는 것 같아요. 그의 친절함과 따스함은 우리 마음에 계속 남을 것이며, 덕분에 나폴리에서 좋은 추억을 가지고 갈 수 있었습니다.

Le logement est idéalement situé à proximité à pied du quartier historique de Naples et du métro. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes avec deux chambres spacieuses avec chacune une salle de bain. La qualité de service de Sadik notre hôte a été parfaite, il a été proactif, agréable et à l'écoute de nos besoins tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons été très satisfaits par la prestation globale en rapport avec le prix.

Gabriella was an amazing host! She made us feel very welcomed and at home . From the start when she met us outside and showed us the way to where we were staying , she kindly left us yummy snacks and the apartment was extremely clean. The Airbnb was in an amazing location for Napoli, very walkable and so many great places to eat. Gabriella was extremely responsive and helpful. Would stay here again 100%!

Wonderful stay. The apartment was in a charming old building, in a piazza with a lovely bar and facing a beautiful church that was one of the highlights of our visit. We were walking distance to every single attraction in the old city and the Spanish quarter. Antonio was the most incredible, gracious host. He was super communicative, responsive, always around to help with anything, including giving suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities (including an AC!!). It felt like a home away from home while exploring magnificent Naples. Would definitely rent again if we visited.

Carlos’s apartment was the perfect base for our quick city break in Naples. The space is surprisingly large, spotless, and finished in a sleek, modern style that feels brand-new. Check-in was straightforward, communication easy, and everything—from linens to kitchenware—was immaculate. The location made it simple to reach the main sights, then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home at the end of the day. We left very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for anyone planning a short stay in Naples!

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Wonderful stay with Leonardo! It was perfect, short walk from the dock to the flat with my backpack on. Great restaurants downstairs, perfect for exploring Procida.

We enjoyed the breathtaking views from this uniquely decorated vintage Neapolitan penthouse apartment found in the heart of Stella near Materdei. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay and so much more. Take the time to observe the art, many telics and trinkets they’ve collected throughout their travels. Salvatore and Rosanna were excellent hosts offering an abundance of information and suggestions regarding dining and sightseeing. They were kind enough to upgrade the WiFi so we could continue to work and were always available to answer our questions during our one month stay.

This place was perfect. It is a beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable home, with stunning views of the sea from the house and from patios on several levels. It's located in one of the quieter towns on the Amalfi Coast (a big plus! no tourist crush!) but close to both Positano and Amalfi. The home is managed by the Hotel Margarita, a short walk down the street, and its fabulous, helpful, kind staff. They are what made this place truly special. They were in the parking lot to greet us when we arrived and brought our luggage from our car into the unit (vice versa after we checked out). This was important because there are several flights of stairs from the street leading down to the unit. They helped us figure out the best way to get to the places we wanted to see on the coast (transportation on the crowded coast is not easy, so their help was invaluable). They offered special meals and medical help when one member of our party got sick. Their service was exceptional!

We had a great stay - Graziano’s apartment was in a perfect location, walkable to all the shops and restaurants and close to the station. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Both Graziano and Rossana were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend this apartment and stay here again if returning to Sorrento!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosita! The space is a little smaller than the pictures made it appear, however it was all the room we needed for our time in Positano. The balcony views were beautiful and everything was nice and clean. We were even given some homemade limoncello to enjoy during our stay. The pull-out sofa bed was comfortable and Rosita and Jess were very responsive with any questions we had while we were there. Just a heads up, if you are planning on walking rather than taking the taxi or bus, the condo is very high up on the cliff and there are lots of stairs to get down into town and to many of the restaurants, and back. We ended up walking down most of the time but figured out the local bus to get a ride back up. Overall, we had a great time in Positano and are thankful to have had Villa Rosita to come back to at the end of the day!

Virginias listing was exactly what we were looking for. the location was a 2 minute walk to the center of Sorrento. would definitely stay there again

We had a great time in Furore! It's a great home base if you're planning to visit Amalfi, Positano, and Ravello like we did. We just wish we'd stayed longer so we could have explored more places! Paola's place is about 20-30 minutes drive from Amalfi where you can park, explore, and ferry to different cities along the coast. Paola and her sisters are wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Paola, in particular, went above and beyond to help us catch a gecko in our apartment on night 1 (this was a funny experience) and make us dinner reservations for our final night. I'm glad we chose Furore because it's a quiet community with lots of DELICIOUS restaurants nearby and there's also a lemon farm nearby that serves a wonderful breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

Enorm leuke week gehad! Gewandeld in de omgeving. Met de bus is er een directe connectie naar napels en caserta. Genoten van het zwembad en het eten! Bedankt!

We had a lovely stay! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the train and a short ride into Sorrento, which is especially beautiful to visit at night. It’s also a perfect base for exploring Pompeii and the surrounding areas. The setting is peaceful, and one of the highlights was the bathtub—absolutely amazing after a long day of walking! We also appreciated the fresh oranges available for juice and the iron, which came in handy for getting ready for evenings out. Highly recommended!
