It was really good place to be. There was everything what to need, and the beach was very close.

We returned after a year and, as expected, we had a great time. Antonio and his wife are great people, they make you feel at home. The location is also excellent, especially for those who want to travel by train. Perfect quality/price ratio....try it for yourself.

We visited the Etruscan necropolises in Cerveteri and spent a day on the train to Rome. The apartment is great for both! The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and has a nice terrace. The air conditioning works well and you can relax well. We slept well in the large bed. The residential area is uninteresting, but there are two bars, a bakery and small shops in the immediate vicinity. Everything you need. Parking is easy to find on the street. We would come back for trips to Rome at any time. The train station is just a few minutes' walk away. We weren't interested in the beach.

We stayed in this accommodation for 2 weeks and it was a great starting and return point for our daily trips throughout Tuscia. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, it has everything you need and more for an extended stay, parking in the square below is always available and the 50 meters uphill are easily done. Comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything and the washing machine is convenient for long stays. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and can only recommend it.
