Really lovely, comfortable and clean home. Beautiful view. It is a good location for touring Connemara.

Absolutely stunning location!!!!! We spent an entire morning climbing on the peninsula, looking in the tide pools, watching the otters play, and seabirds fly. The sheep near by could be seen and heard and I couldn't imagine a more beautiful spot. It was a short drive to Kylemore Abbey and the national park. The shear sense of serenity and freshness was invigorating. The beds were comfortable and the living room was well stocked with reading material for a peaceful evening. My group has already discussed coming back for a longer stay just to enjoy the coastline more.

Beautiful thstched roof cottage on the sea. Spent a peaceful two nights and enjoyed the nearby walks that Paul had recommended including the restaurant in nearby Ballyvaughn. We even had a tourist bus stop in front of the cottage for photos! That's how charming it is! Thanks you so much for sharing your home with us!

Amazing location by the sea, lovely to watch the island ferries coming and going from the pier, from the comfort of the sunroom. We were unlucky with the weather but the views of the wild sea were stunning and the house is very spacious, we never felt cramped, even after a few days of being indoors. It’s a very well-equipped house and so relaxing, not burdened with loads of rules, just a few basic sensible requests. And it’s dog friendly, always important! Nicky answered our few queries promptly. Looking forward to staying again, the sooner the better!

Location was out of this world. We were very lucky with the weather too. It was one to remember.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Lovely views and so peaceful. House was perfect for us - clean and well equipped. The area is so beautiful, with great walks and beaches nearby. Excellent food at Sweet Nothings and at local pubs. Michael was extremely friendly and helpful. Hope to be back.

Very convenient, few mins walk from Armada hotel, all rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. All amenities and more for staycation. Responsive host.

The accommodation is clean, spacious, bright and well-equipped, a separate building. It has a perfect sense of privacy and silence. Parking is inside the property, almost under the living room window. It was a pleasant surprise that the third person also got a full-size bed (in the description it was a pull-out sofa). The host was helpful and friendly, he was waiting for us upon arrival. We arrived at low tide, it was a special experience to walk on the sand of the sea and the rocks that had become dry. The stairs leading there are a 2-minute walk. All three of us were happy that we chose this accommodation. Thank you!

Great accommodation. We immediately felt at home. The conservatory was a pleasant retreat in strong winds. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay in . Right at the ocean with great views from the house. Close to all attractions we wanted to visit . Lovely pub just 2km away. Sheila was nice and welcoming, place had all it needed to have even hair dryer. Mattresses were little soft however we slept very good . There are black out blinds in every room. Very quiet place and the views are just magnificent. Definitely will be staying here again.

We fell in love with Lahinch from the moment we arrived. This charming seaside town offers a perfect mix of cozy pubs, local shops, and a vibrant atmosphere. The ocean was powerful and majestic, and the food options were plentiful and delicious. Sara's place was perfect for our family of five...comfortable, well-equipped, and ideally located. From our first interaction, Sarah was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We cannot wait to go back!

Michelle's place is great and in the middle of Salthill so no car needed for all the activities the area has to offer. The communication was friendly and helpful. The flat was clean and cozy, highly recommend!

The photos does not catch the charm and craftsmanship of this little home. It is in their backyard but was super private and you are separated by the greenhouse. All of the animals and host were super friendly. Laura made sure to tell us how everything worked in the abode. The bread and scone were so amazing and came in handy when we had to catch a 7am ferry. We LOVED the restaurants she suggested and it was a lovely place to walk and see the sunset. Cons: -It is SUPER quiet(also a pro) and there is no wifi. -The bed was too hard and uncomfortable - you do need to drive to resturants but it is only 10 mins max.

Barbara was a great host. The house was perfect come rain or shine. The Spar shop in Carraroe is only 5 minutes away and was as good as any medium sized supermarket with great choice. Don’t miss the Realt pub if you want a good pint of Guinness

Well, what can I say that hasn’t been said by other guests - this is an outstanding rental and Sorcha was a terrific host. The accommodation was exactly as described and super clean. The welcome hamper of food was outstanding- local produce of the highest quality… just loved the granola especially! Everything is walkable from Sorcha’s place whether you’re heading to the pubs, to Eyre Square or in the opposite direction to Salthill; it’s all on your doorstep. The views from the house were fantastic- we watched the Galway hookers set sail and return, so elegant! All in all we’d a super stay and Sorcha was brilliant about communicating & checking that all was okay - so thoughtful. Oh yes, and the little guide she provides is great; we enjoyed some of the food recommendations (book where possible as Galway is super popular!). Great city, great accommodation, great stay.

Loved staying at Fauve’s place, the cottage near Kinvara. Housed my wife and I, our two kids, and my parents. On a secluded coastal/marsh drive off Galway Bay, it’s peaceful and quiet. The house is just as beautiful as the photos. Fauve knows how to decorate - it’s like a showroom inside. Comfy beds, quiet surroundings, huge yard space for the kids to play. The Travellers Inn is just down the street to grab a pint! Don’t hesitate booking this place, it was awesome.

Top notch experience. Max was very easy to communicate with and answered immediately with the lone question I had. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with gear, and the outdoor area really made it a special stay. The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. 3 minute walk to a art gallery/cafe, 4 to the beach, 5 to a restaurant/bar. If this place is available don't screw around, just book it.

Great spacious new apartment right on the water. Pubs and restaurants right around the corner. Well equipped, everything modern and new. Great starting point for excursions. Nice helpful landlord, takes great care of his guests.
