A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). Zuganbindung 4km Entfernung im Nachbarort und dann in 15min in München. Wohnung liegt ruhig mit kleinem Außenbereich. Sie hat eine Wohnküche mit Schlaf-Sofa und ein Schlafzimmer (1,40m Bett). Bad mit Dusche. Fenster in jedem Zimmer. Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.

The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

As a couple or family, you will be very comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The place is located in a spacious wooden house in the back of the house. In the outdoor area or garden there are three different sunny places to stay. You can cycle to Lake Ammersee within 25 minutes, have the S-Bahn train towards Munich at your doorstep and many excursion destinations nearby. The house itself is inhabited by Wilma and her sons.
