Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. This beautiful vacation house is located in a small village near Rijeka and Crikvenica, and only 5 min walk to the beach, with several foot paths available but most of them are with stairs. In the walking distance there is a market, post office, caffe bar and restaurant. The house is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, suitable for completely relaxed holidays. The property enables its guests to enjoy watching stars in the evening or eating breakfast with a sea view in the morning.
