The garden house is in the middle of our 2000 m2 garden. At the edge of the garden, you will find the sauna and hot tub overlooking the meadows. We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Rarely have you slept so well in a factory where there is an atmosphere of the most diligent industry, which goes hand in hand with atmosphere, luxury and tranquility. Fully furnished detached house on the edge of the forest.

't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Guesthouse Spelhofen

Come and enjoy peace and space in Ruurlo. On our property, there is a cozy and fully furnished guest house with a living/bedroom, bathroom and kitchen for 2 people. Nice to relax in the middle of nature, meet the sheep, squirrels and all the birds. Cycling and hiking is fantastic here. Read the reviews of guests who have come here before. Typically French - with private sauna

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, and our chickens also walk freely through the garden.

Cozy apartment

This apartment in a detached house of a peaceful neighbourhood, is just a ten minute walk from the city center. It's located on the first floor and caters for a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The groundfloor offers a room with two single beds, it can be booked additionally only during the weekend or national holidays. The photo's do not do the spacious rooms enough justice.

Our B&B is over 50 m2 in size, has its own entrance, has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a spacious living room and a lovely outdoor seating area.
