Part of a semi-detached villa, it is surrounded by a large garden with plants and fruit trees. Completely renovated in 2023, the furnishings consist of a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room, and storage room.

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
