From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! This small (200 sq ft + 80 sq ft sleeping loft), Adirondack style cabin was completely refurbished this past year using locally sourced woods and built by hand. Located two miles from downtown Keene Valley, and at 1800 feet, this is an ideal place for those who prefer the quiet forest, the peaceful sound of a mountain brook, and possibily seeing animals.

Village Cottage

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.
