We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

The pondside cottage in Poznań is half of a semi-detached house, perfect for intimate family or social gatherings (please note that quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). The property has 2 large rooms, one on the ground floor with a terrace and a grill, and the other on the second floor. The PKP Poznań-Antoninek train station, bus stops, and grocery stores are 700 meters (0.43 miles) away. There are two kitchenettes in the house, and, importantly, 2 bathrooms.

In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.
