Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are on via living rooms where a private access with a boulevard of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. The house is 90 sqm with large outdoor space and garden and consists of: large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is outside. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Lovely location. Lovely kitchen with a sea view. Careful interior design, with plenty of reuse. a beautiful place to stay, and the location is amazing! Garden stunning seaview.
