We enjoyed our stay at the tree house. Hendrick and Cathrin kept in touch before, during, and after our stay. They responded quickly with any concerns I had. Great location to UF, restaurants, shopping , and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood . They also offered us a bottle of wine. I would recommend the tree house !

Many thanks to our hosts for being very accommodative to accept our stay request at the very last minute after we had just completed our 300-mile drive from Georgia! The location of the property was easily identified; and right upon entry, we found the place to be super appropriate and very cosy for the six of us! Every single detail was well designed, planned and thoroughly executed! There were three very decently-sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms for our convenience! John even popped over shortly after our arrival to check on some lightbulbs after we notified the host that there were some which did not work! Kudos for such a high level of professionalism! The unit we stayed at was located on the top floor, where there were balconies situated both at the front and at the rear catering to small hangouts during pleasant mornings and evenings!

Family came in for my son’s graduation. The Queen Anne white was the perfect place as a home base. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed using the huge kitchen for family meals. It is located on a quiet street across from the Gainesville Giving Garden. Nicholas was a wonderful host who responded to all of our questions promptly. As we were leaving my discerning mother said she hoped we would be able to stay there again! I hope so too!

This is an awesome place. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, beautiful home. It looks simple from outside but is spacious and well-furnished inside. Big backyard, outdoor sitting area, fully stocked inside, plenty of bedding. If we ever go back to this city, we will definitely use Paige's airbnb again.

Gerald’s place with the perfect stop on a road trip through Florida. Having a washer and dryer and quiet, peaceful environment were much appreciated. Gerald was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Katie was a great host! She was supper responsive to any questions! The home was so cute and perfect for what we needed! Great size and comfortable outdoor space!

Kate’s condo is very lovely—sparklingly clean and beautifully decorated! The layout with the two en suites on either end is perfect for two couples staying together. Very reasonably priced and reflective of the neighborhood.

Marlon is an excellent host, friendly and extremely responsive. The home was tidy inside, well stocked, and perfect for our needs. The mini golf in the backyard is an adorable amenity and our great nieces and nephews enjoyed visiting, while we were in town, to play a few rounds. The beds are comfortable and it is a great home to spend time with family or friends. There is only one TV in the home, and we barely noticed. The home is stocked with games, corn-hole, and areas to gather and actually socialize with friends and family! What a concept! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a graduation ceremony . The place is centrally located , easy to find , tons of parking spots . Nice private backyard . We had some trouble trying to unlock the door but the host was quick to respond and assist . Would surely recommend this place to friends

Ken's place was in a nice location close to restaurants and the southern part of the UF campus. It was clean and Ken was responsive when I needed some help getting in. I would stay again.

Lesley was very accommodating, friendly and helpful if a need presented itself... made extra room for our Boat trailer and two cars and her husband Steve even found a Fuse for our boast when the Bilge Pump went out. The couple made an effort to make certain you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to coming back to say at the 2 bedroom cottage on the water in early Fall. Thanks, Jane

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing.

I needed a place to stay while my kiddo stayed at UF for a sports camp and this was a perfect spot. It was quiet, had reliable wifi, great shower pressure, and a comfy bed. The only thing that would make it better is a washer and dryer, but definitely not a dealbreaker. I would stay here again. The neighborhood is one of the oldest in Gainesville with very mature trees and narrow streets, but safety and parking weren’t a concern. The hosts were top notch and make check-in and check-out extremely easy. It was one of the easiest checkouts I’ve had with Airbnb. Highly recommend.

We loved this place! It was very loud at night (all night), but that might just be a Gainesville thing. Overall, the place is clean and beautiful. the bed is also bery comfortable. Came to see our daughter and will for sure stay there again.

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

Great place to stay and a lot of things to do in the area, as well as the host being very flexible and communicative.

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Great condo and location. Best stay we’ve experienced in Haile Village. Small problem with air conditioning upon check-in; contacted Jessica and fixed immediately. Thanks so much for the stay-would rent again while visiting Gainesville.

The place is nice, everything was clean and organized. We set the A/C to 72 before bed and it somehow got up to 81 by the time we got up at 7:00am, not ideal when you have a young child and it is so hot outside. Also was not great that the tenants upstairs were very active walking around and we could hear every step until well past midnight.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s! The house was clean and well maintained with a set up that was very homey! We had all that we needed during our stay and it felt like we were home away from home and this was greatly appreciated. I recommend staying at this location during your visit!
