New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

The WE2 - Romantic Pool with Breakfast

The WE2 " Wildwood Elegance Escape" is a beautifully located private Aframe looking out on to the Induruwa Kaikawala Old Rice Farming Land. Situated at the bottom of a large garden full of fruit and spice trees, the Aframe has a tropical modernist design, built using recycled timber and boasting an Attached Bathroom shower. Breakfast and provided with a smile by the host's family, who are always on hand to help with whatever you need. Birds and lizards abound in the adjoining garden.

With a long coral reef all along the beach just 70m from the sand it forms our famous natural swimming pool. Sometimes you can swim with giant turtles. You can swim all year round and 24 hours a day. We provide all services you need. From airport transfers to tours or day trips, fishing, snorkeling along the reef to scuba diving from Unawatuna Dive Center, meals and drinks, Ayurveda Treatments to Yoga lessons. Tucked away in lush green, you will find the Cottage which is situation on the Kogalla lake, just 1 km away from the beach, and minutes away from Ahangama where you will find lots of entertainment and great surf spots.
