Nature eco lodge holiday rentals in Galle

We spent 4 nights in Nipuna's house and honestly we had a wonderfull moment. The place is just amazing. The house, the swiming pool, the bar area...all surrounded by tea plantation...what else ? The staff was perfect and always available for us ! We highly recommend this place.

It was a beautiful stay, we could feel very home and without reservation although living in the same house with the host family (in separate Appartement of course). The Family is very very friendly and the dogs lovely and quite. We got delicious breakfast and dinner delivered to our balcony. The garden at the lake is beautiful and we felt peace to wake up with this view. We slept with open doors and fresh air and it was very quite. Everything is possible to get (dinner, scooter rental, massage, beer, airport shuttle, excursions) so it is a great service. We also especially liked that we don‘t have the feeling to have to pay for every small thing like at other places, here the kayaks, bikes and Breakfast are included in the price/for free. The neighbourhood is nice and safe. Thanks for the great stay and hospitality- we are so happyto have found this places for last enjoyable days of our vacation!

Such a lovely place in a beautiful location! I really enjoyed my stay, it was so peaceful, the room was amazing. Dulkith and his family made me feel so welcome and really went out of their way to help arrange transport from the airport and help me rent scooter. The property is located about 15 minutes from the beach by bike with an incredible drive through the mangroves, it’s such an idyllic journey that you wouldn’t experience staying in Hikkaduwa town. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Sanjaya and his family welcomed us with open arms although we had a little sick rescued street puppy with us. They are animals lovers and also have two dogs of their own. Sanjaya made sure we were feeling right at home from the first minute we arrived. We were amazed by the location, so calm, so peaceful and a little gem next to the bentota river. The cottage was clean and spacious. Sanjaya and his family are very generous people and kind hearted people. They also offered dinner and breakfast for a small price. The food was really good! Thanks again for this unique stay, we‘d come again If we ever visited this area 🥰

Very quite place in a nice jungles,far from railway and main road. The house is new and all equipment inside also seems new (furniture, shower toilet etc). Kitchen is available plus very good terrace outside.The houses owner Samudu always helped with our questions ( rent of motorbikes ,taxi,barbecue ) we really enjoyed staying in Hill Residence

Great accommodation. Simple room with exceptional views! Amesh is very friendly, helpful and communication was easy. The optional breakfast is very tasty and authentic. Beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. We had a good time there!

We only spent 2 nights at this property, unfortunately it was the last two days of traveling because otherwise we would have stayed longer. The villa is immersed in nature, if you are looking for silence and tranquility it is perfect. You can walk to the beach in not even 10 minutes by stairs. The room is large and newly built with a comfortable bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with cooking essentials. Our host Amesh is very kind, super helpful, just write him a message and responds immediately, ready to satisfy every need. His father has a tuk tuk so just write to him and can accompany you and pick you up anywhere at great prices. Breakfast is also plentiful and delicious.

Our wish was that we stayed there longer. We were working remote while we traveled around Sri Lanka, and Lalith’s villa had everything we needed for this. The wifi was great (100mbs+), villa was very quiet and literally in nature (surrounded by so many different types of trees/fruits/vegetables). The pool and food was amazing. The host was very responsive and we even had delicious customized lunch and dinner meals prepared for a great price. The host even walked us through their cinnamon and coconut plantation! so much to explore, so little time.

Beautifully designed place, great view, its the closest location to the entrance of Sinharaja Forest reserve. The guides were friendly and skillful in spotting creatures, the pool was a great solution for chilling after treks. The logistics of the area might cause delays in service, but Prasat and the friendly staff try full heartedly to compensate. Advise to travellers, u should put ur shoes inside ur rooms at night, as stray dogs might damage them. It's out of the control of staff. Also Dogs may cause baby monkeys to panic and fall off trees, so discouraging them from accompanying you into the forest is better.

Thank you for the stay it was very nice. The hosts are so friendly and we feel like part of a family. The owner showed us his cinnamon factory and how the oil and cinnamon is made. If you want to spend a quiet time in a beautiful home, you are at the right place. The mother cooks dinner and breakfast on request and it's super tasty. Thank you for our stay

Sanjaya and his family welcomed us heart-warmingly at their beautiful, yet not finished homestay. It is already a wonderful place and they’re working ambitiously to finish this treasure with love to details. Despite staying only one night, we saw a lot of wildlife and a stunning sunset at the river. Sanjaya gave us many tips for the area around Bentota, especially with his knowledge on architecture. :) The room is really spacious and has a big cozy bed.

An incredibly peaceful and restoring place to stay. In nature, I saw iguanas, beautiful birds, chipmunks. The pool is lovely, the rooms are spacious and provide big bottles of water, a kitchen space and own kettle and balcony. Bit of a short walk to the beach but a lovely one walking through the local villages. Highly recommend! not a sociable place if that's what you're after though but you don't feel alone with the nature and nice Sri Lankan people working there :)

A great place to stay in comfort, calmness and great nature. Very nice view to the lake, the house stands in jungles. Transfer takes time, but it is for free and on the luxury car. Good place for work and travel. fantastic nature around.

A very quite place to stay, located in the middle of cinnamon plantation. We enjoyed the hospitality of this family. Guests can also visit the cinnamon oil factory. Highly recommended
