For those of you who are not interested in loads of space, we offer a small (14 sqm) but cosy and well equipped studio for your stay in Rome. We have renovated a former wash house and transformed it into a modern and refined pied à terre with AC, WI-FI and usb wall ports, your comfort being our main concern. Our studio is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto.

The Elisola vacation home, located in Pigneto, is a two-room apartment with a separate entrance complete with all amenities. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with large wardrobe, bathroom and a small outdoor courtyard, shared with the other apartment in the same building.
