How lucky to have found such a special place to stay. The personal greeting by Tiziana, Francesco and her daughter Giulia showed such a warm way from the start, which is unique with perfect care and kindness. Fruit, drinks, fresh bread, excellent oil from our own production and even a warm, so delicious Parmigiana and pizza with rucula from their own kitchen were served to us. The light-flooded, modern, well-equipped apartment on the first floor offered everything you might want. The view of the sea and the mountains makes everything perfect. On top of that, there's a large plot of ancient, huge olive trees, which Tiziana and Francesco care for and preserve. The good location to the beautiful cities of the southeast and nearby nature reserves with hiking trails and the sea with swimming beaches are worth mentioning. We felt very comfortable!

Authentic Sicilian stay, close to beach, close to several towns.

A lovely villa in a very peaceful location. The host was so friendly and met us there to show us around. We did lots of touring around, but also enjoyed spending time in the garden terrace. The property is set in an olive grove. It's handy for Noto and Lido di Noto but a car is essential, and the turning in and out of the drive is a bit tight. A very enjoyable stay

Corrado was so nice and friendly, he was a gentle man. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was perfect. Pool was fabulous. Every recommendation Corrado gave us was superb from beaches to the unmissable Canyon, to restaurants to day trips. I would highly highly recommend this place and the wonderful Corrado

Pictures cannot really reflect how beautiful this place is! The amazing view from the large terrace shows all the beauty of the rich Sicilian landscape: the sunrise from the sea, Etna with its clouds and always present smoke trace, the cow bells as the only sound you hear …. The house and the garden are made with love and are a perfect place to stay! Many places to visit are within a short drive - great location that allows you full privacy as well as many sight-seeing possibilities. What makes you feel at home from the first moment - are the very welcoming and kind hosts, Grazia and Antonio. They thought of everything when preparing the house for us. They are always available for answering questions and help. Great suggestions for places to see and to eat. Thank you for everything Grazia and Antonio!

Highly recommended. House, impeccable, clean and equipped with every comfort. Beautiful garden, outdoor area with pizza oven and grill, kitchen equipped with everything. 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, and an outdoor shower. Clean and fragrant linens. Excellent location, 5 minutes by car from various supermarkets, in a maximum of half an hour by car you can reach the best places in the area (Ortigia, Noto, Scicli, Modica) Quiet beach with beautiful sea 7-8 minutes' walk away. The host made check-in available 3 hours in advance You will be sorry to leave this property and these places

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. The pool was spectacular. The gardens are gorgeous, reminded us of Southern California, and filled with boganvilla, orange trees, palm trees and other beautiful foliage. The pictures don’t do justice to this home. This was the respite from a busy life we so craved. And Fabio, the host, was amazing … responsive and predictive of our every need. We strongly recommend it.

The whole team were really helpful and responsive. The villa and especially the garden are fantastic, as is the town of Scicli. The sound proofing between the two bedrooms isn’t good which is just something to be aware of if you value your privacy. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa!

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

Wonderful villa just outside the beautiful town of Modica. Ideal location for visiting the spectacular baroque architecture of Modica, Ragusa and Noto, and within a reasonable distance from sandy beaches. The villa is exceptionally well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained by Georgio who lives next door. We loved sitting outside and eating at the traditional ceramic Sicilian table and appreciated the various shady seating areas around the house and gardens. The swimming pool is a highlight and is kept clean and very well maintained by Georgio. Many thanks to Jennifer and Georgio for a wonderful week’s holiday.

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

This place is just wonderful for family holiday - the sea view is the best, the shady terrace just calls you to relax- the house itself is beautiful and functions well! Salvatore and his wife took so good care of us! If you like fresh seafood there are many nice, rustic restaurants within walking distance!

We spent a great week in Angelo’s villa with 3 other couples and 3 kids (one 5 years old and 2 babies). It was the last week of October but the weather was amazing and we could enjoy the pool everyday (the water was of course a bit chilly but still ok) as well as the heated jacuzzi. The villa is an amazing renovation and offers a big living room with enough space for everyone. Angelo is a very nice host: always very responsive and helpful. He was also very flexible with the arrival and departure time. The location is also perfect to enjoy Scicli, the beach and the surroundings (Noto, Raguse,..). Apparently we were the last guests of the season and some renovations will be done. For instance the bathrooms and some doors need to be maintained. The poor sound insulation between the floors and the creaking stairs were a bit annoying, but nevertheless we had a great time and we totally recommend this place.

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

We were here in June when the weather was really, really hot so the pool and the air conditioning were absolutely critical to a pleasant stay. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults. The area has some hidden beaches that are walkable as well as a few restaurants right on the water with beautiful views. If you rent a car, make sure that it is a small one as the driveway is a bit tight to get in and out of. The host was magnificent in helping us get settled and make arrangements with boat tours and other activities in the area. Highly recommend!!

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

Wonderful stay right on the sea with views of Mount Etna. So thoughtfully decorated. Only here for a few days but Marianna and family made us feel so welcome. Enjoyed the pool and swimming in the nearby cove. Thank you so much - woudl totally recommend.

Angela & Giuseppe were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home and offered so many great recommendations during our visit. They were present in their adjacent home throughout our stay, & they were there if we needed anything but also very respectful of our privacy at the same time. I have never interacted so much with an airbnb host before as they are really lovely people. The property was so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to start & end each day of our visit. I really hope to get back there again and cannot recommend their place enough. There were so many great historical sights, beaches & restaurants within a short, (10-30 mins) drive from their place.

A wonderful place with a lovely host. Very special: an Outdoor kitchen right next to terrace and pool. We spent a week as a group and would all return immediately. Good sights and beaches to explore in the area.

A very modern, clean and charming apartment with a spectacular pool and patio. About a 5min walk to the beach and a 15min drive to Noto. The apartment has two large bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a very nice outside kitchen next to the pool (but still private). Sandrine was terrific! She was very responsive and helpful. We happened to be there on a very stormy day and she let us use the indoor kitchen in the other vacant apartment. That was so nice!!! Everything was in excellent condition and immaculately clean!

Beautiful location across the river from Noto - the property is well-thought-out and cared for, large variety of interesting trees and plants (lemons, oranges, pomegranates, almonds, etc) around the house, fun pool for the kids, well-appointed kitchen and beautiful spot for evening meals looking over the vista of Noto as the sun sets. However, the highlight was the hosts - Emanuel and Sebastiano - flexible with check-in and check-out, Emanuel took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to all of the interesting parts of the property, and provide local recommendations, and Sebastiano was very helpful and patient when I forgot our passports at the house and had to return to get them - he safeguarded them and met me in town to return them. Highly recommended!

We have had many houses in recent years, but Saro's house had the best standard so far. The rooms are top hotel level. Each room has its own bathroom and there are additional toilets and showers on the ground floor and outside. The furnishings are very high quality overall and the kitchen is also very well equipped, for the specified people. Everything was very pleasant and successful, to enjoy the holiday from the first minutes. The short distance to a great, quiet natural beach is worth mentioning. And here, too, the house has all the necessary equipment, such as parasols and beach chairs. Saro was a great host who was always available and helpful. Likewise, his recommendations for good restaurants or shops. All in all a perfect holiday. Thank you very much, Saro.

We had a lovely stay at Alessandra’s. The home and grounds were lovely and very peaceful, waking up to a multitude of bird songs. There was a beautiful ocean view from the swimming area. The house was bright and tastefully decorated. Wine, and other treats were left for us. Alessandra’s kind energy and enthusiasm was wonderful! She made great recommendations and went above and beyond, trying to help us with our next stays. I would highly recommended Alessandra’s place.
