Holiday rentals with lake access in Gambarogno

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

Wir waren zu fünft unterwegs. Alle Personen zwischen 60 und 87 Jahren. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht - von der Einrichtung, über die Ausstattung in Küche und Bad, bis hin zu der schönen Gartenanlage mit der prächtigen Aussicht. Es fehlte an nichts! Wir sind von Paul und Silvia persönlich empfangen und instruiert worden und fühlten uns deshalb sofort sehr wohl. Durch die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft im "Sopra Ceneri" sind Ausflüge in den ganzen Kanton innert kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir empfehlen, mit dem Auto anzureisen. Dank der Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge hat man jeden Morgen genügend "Saft" in der Batterie, auch für längere Ausflüge. Wir freuen uns schon heute auf den nächsten Besuch und bedanken und herzlich!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren für 8 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick über den See und in die Berge ist wirklich wunderbar. Leider war das Wetter nicht so wie erhofft. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Carla war hervorragend. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Gegend im Norden des Comer Sees ist ruhiger als jene im Süden und die Orte in den Bergen sind es wert besucht zu werden. Sehr gut wird uns das Ristorante in Livo in Erinnerung bleiben, ebenso die ehrwürdige romanische Kirche Santa Maria del Tiglio in Gravedona.

Posto accogliente e tranquillo. Posizione e vista splendide. A due passi dal centro e dal punto di partenza del battelli. Abbiamo trascorso giorni indimenticabili. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Eros and Daniel were the most incredible hosts. The house was beautiful, spotless, and felt like a true escape. Fresh towels and sheets, no bugs, and the private garden with lake views was absolutely stunning. We were walking distance to amazing restaurants, a market, a local bar, and a gelateria with some of the best gelato we’ve ever had. It was also an easy cab ride to Bellagio to catch the ferry to Tremezzo. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond for us. At one point we couldn’t figure out how to turn the stove off and they arrived within minutes to help. Their kindness and care made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We wish we could have stayed longer. This was a perfect experience in every way. 10 out of 10.

Wir waren von Michele’s Unterkunft begeistert und hatten ein paar schöne Tage dort. Auch die ganze Abwicklung hat super unkompliziert geklappt. Klare Empfehlung

Alloggio splendido, dotato di tutti i confort, vicinissimo al lago e a ristoranti, bar, supermercato, la cosa migliore per noi....poter godere del relax in giardino. Lo consiglio!

Schöne Wohnung an ruhiger Lage. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Jonathan was a very friendly host, always responsive, and kept the home very clean. The bus stop is a short walk away, which made it convenient to go into the city. My family and I loved our stay and the beautiful view. The only issue was that there was only one fan for both of the rooms. It would get very hot at night and made it difficult to sleep. Then again, we weren’t used to there being no AC in most places in Europe. Jonathan is preparing to add another fan to the home so that will be helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay for families!

This was my favorite place to stay on our trip! I LOVED being on the lakefront! DEFINITELY recommend!!

Paolo est sympathique et réactif. La terrasse est grande, utilisable toute la journée (à l'ombre l'après-midi) et la vue est magnifique. Le logement est bien et agréable pour 2 personnes. Le lit est confortable. Les 200m à parcourir à pieds sont plats donc faciles. Quelques détails à noter : l'isolation acoustique est moyenne (on entend les sanitaires des autres logements le matin de bonne heure), le réfrigérateur a du mal à tenir le froid et la salle d'eau commence à montrer quelques signes d'usage (meuble sous lavabo et douche). En conclusion, le logement est très agréable mais peut-être un peu cher (c'est sans doute la région qui veut cela)

We spent here two nights. The apartment was clean, located in a very nice and quiet area, with a very cozy bed, a well organized kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Daniel was very nice host, which answered to all of my questions in a very short time and always with kindness. Recommended 😊

Спасибо большое Maria Elisabetta за гостеприимство! Апартаменты были чудесными, со своим выходом к озеру Комо. Elisabetta встретила нас, помогла припарковать автомобиль, у нас был свободный доступ к парковке для нашей машины, что в тех местах очень важно! Нас ждал прекрасный прием: фрукты, вода, кофе, молоко, конфеты и печенье, что было очень удобно, особенно утром. На наши вопросы Elisabetta отвечала очень быстро, во всем помогала, также нам помогли с багажом. Нам предоставили полотенца для пляжа и обувь для камней. Постельное белье и полотенца были чистейшими, кровати удобными. С балкона открывается невероятный вид на озеро. Когда мы уезжали, Elisabetta проводила нас, помогла с багажом, угостила детей вкусным и полезным печеньем, которое мы могли взять в дорогу. Спасибо большое, Elisabetta, с удовольствием вернемся еще!

I stayed at Alessandra’s place for two nights and had a great experience overall. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and right on the beach with a beautiful view. Private parking was a big plus, and check-in and check-out were both very smooth. Alessandra was a wonderful host—very friendly and welcoming. She even brought us homemade cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch! She was also very responsive whenever we needed anything. The only downside is the location—it’s quite remote, with not much to do nearby. You’ll need to drive at least 15 minutes to reach the nearest store . Most places close by 8 PM, so I recommend bringing food and essentials in advance if you’re planning to stay in for the evening. Overall, it’s a peaceful, beachside escape with a great host. Just plan ahead for meals and supplies.

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer einer kleinen Küche und Bad. die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den See und einen kleinen Strand gibt es auch in direkter Nähe:) die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. wir kommen gerne wieder

L'appartement correspond aux photos et à la description, il est complet, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le parking est un gros plus. La vue est époustouflante, on peut rester des heures à regarder le paysage, ça nous fait vite oublier les désagréments de la route (bcp de passage lors de notre venue et énormément de moto, prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger). L'arrêt de bus, juste à côté, est très pratique pour aller à Bellagio, Nesso ou Côme (mais attention à bien choisir vos jours de déplacement pour éviter la foule). Merci pour ces quelques jours de déconnection.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.

Es war wie im Paradies! Ein riesengrossen Garten, privat Strand- was will man mehr… Ein Ausflug nach Orta mit dem Schiff ( unbedingt!!!) Hund Mogli hat es auch sehr gut gefallen 😄

What an AMAZING stay! The cottage is exactly as described and pictured, but the pictures on the listing simply don't do justice to the true beauty and views you will experience here! We spent 3 days here after a cruise and it was the perfect location to unwind and slow down! We enjoyed sitting on the terrace as the best part of our trip to Lake Como! Sara is incredibly helpful and gave us some recommendations even before we arrived! And you MUST make the short walk down the hill to Riverside Snackbar (her family restaurant!) to eat and take in the views! The cottage was the perfect place for us to stay. Perfectly located outside of Bellagio and the crowds. Close to a local market. Yet still close enough to go into Bellagio and ferry around to other villages for the day! We hope to get to return someday as this may have become our favorite place in the world!!
