Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The small 40 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor is located on a former four-sided courtyard in the old village center. The courtyard with seating and a grill and the large garden plot with, among other things, fruit trees and shrubs can also be used. Berlin-Mitte is 30 km away, the A 10 highway connection is about 10 km. Good regional train connection to Berlin-Ostkreuz (travel time approx. 40 minutes) in Werneuchen, 2.5 km away. In the surrounding area you can (cycle) hike and swim in lakes.

A sweet couple of ducks also live on the farm Region: Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve, many nearby lakes + central connection to train, highway A11, Berlin Airport 90 min ... The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

Vacation home in a rural location

The apartment is located in a detached house with separate entrance and is about 65 m² in size. It is about 30 minutes from Berlin. To Bad Freienwalde and Eberswalde about 15 minutes. A car is absolutely necessary here. Brunow is the ideal starting point for hikes on the 66 Lake Hiking Trail and many other beautiful routes. The property is also interesting for hikers, as there is a storage facility. Dogs are welcome on request.
