Stay in Ystad's most famous landmark, the Old Water Tower. An exciting apartment of 176 sqm on two floors overlooking Ystad. The building's history is well preserved and combined with a trendy industrial architecture and interior design. On floor 4 there is a well-equipped kitchen, living room and toilet with shower. On floor 5 there are three bedrooms, of which one room with toilet and bathtub. The floors can be reached by elevator or spiral staircase. Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Cozy basement hideaway

Welcome to stay in our basement crawl space. The bedroom/living room is equipped with sofa bed, 140 bed, TV and a smaller closet. The small kitchenette is equipped with two cooking plates, microwave, fridge and a folding table and two folding stools. Shower and WC are separate. One flight of stairs up you will find the way out to the shared garden. Why not enjoy a good breakfast here in the summer months. Down to the city center/beach, you can walk in less than 15 min. A warm welcome!

Bright, nice apartment with own entrance. Scenic located yet only a few km from road 13 and E 22. Apartment with kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, sleeping alcove with bunk bed and fully tiled bathroom. On the property, there is a dog, cat, horse, and there is a dog, there Guests are welcome to enjoy most of the garden, with access to outdoor furniture and barbecue, and there is plenty of space for children to play both outside and inside.

Cozy apartment in farmhouse in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farm has been recently renovated over the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse that also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

Patio's half-timbered apartment

Small apartment in old half-timbered farm just outside the wall to medieval Åhus. The apartment forms your own part of the dwelling with your own entrance, two rooms and your own shower room. In one room there is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, egg boiler and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There are also garden furniture as well.

Lillesky

Our guesthouse i 50 kvm and in very good shape. Kitchen/bedrooms/tvlounge in the same big room. It is 3,5 km to the city Ystad! And the beach is 25 meters from our house. We also have a terrace you can use. Just a 10 min drive from us is Abbekås golfbana. The railway is close to the house and can be disturbing. Notice that towels and sheets are NOT included.
