It only takes you about 10 minutes to walk into Ystad city center, train station and harbor. Enjoy a memorable stay while staying at this unique place. In the middle of central Ystad, a stone's throw from Stortorget, you will find our little house from the mid-19th century. The apartment is newly renovated and the interior is mostly new - except for some antique details. We have focused on Swedish and Danish design, where the centerpiece is the dreamlike beds. You will find a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, exclusive coffee machine, kettle and tableware for two people. The bathroom is new!

The accommodation is suitable for single or couple living. On the ground floor, there is an open living room overlooking the charming Vädergränd. From the kitchen, you can see out into the small courtyard and the bell tower at Österportsskolan. Upstairs is a bedroom and furnished workplace. A perfect "getaway" or writer's lair!

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Relax in this wonderful home. Here you have all the amenities you need, a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove. Comfortable beds. Space to hang out on the terrace, gas grill, large dining table with comfortable rattan armchairs, in the sun or in the shade of the umbrella (in autumn and winter, the outdoor furniture is stored away for the season). Indoors, there is a spacious dining area in front of the fireplace. Reading corner for morning coffee or a good book. A glazed veranda for rainy moments.

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Newly-renovated small cozy street house on Stallgatan 12B dating back to the 18th century in a quiet location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. The entrance floor offers a living room and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a bathroom and bedroom with double bed. On the lower floor there is sleeping space for 2 more people on the sofa (2 x 60x190). Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.
