Before arrival, you can be sure that the house is extra carefully cleaned with regard to disinfection of table surfaces, kitchen benches, sinks, toilets, faucets and handles, etc. We do this as an extra protection for our guests as we have Covid-19 in fresh memory.

The accommodation is suitable for single or couple living. On the ground floor, there is an open living room overlooking the charming Vädergränd. From the kitchen, you can see out into the small courtyard and the bell tower at Österportsskolan. Upstairs is a bedroom and furnished workplace. A perfect "getaway" or writer's lair!

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

The name of the house “Hav & Hygge”, refers to the peacefulness and quiet of a beach house near the ocean, where the sound of the gentle lapping of waves creating a sense of calm.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Newly-renovated small cozy street house on Stallgatan 12B dating back to the 18th century in a quiet location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. The entrance floor offers a living room and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a bathroom and bedroom with double bed. On the lower floor there is sleeping space for 2 more people on the sofa (2 x 60x190). Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

Cozy cottage with a private garden in wonderful Nybrostrand outside Ystad. The cottage is 69 sqm and has 2 bedrooms and a larger living room with fireplace. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

Welcome to our charming cottage by the sea in Sandskogen in Ystad! With only 50 meters to the beach and a fantastic sea view, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. Our cottage is spread over two floors and has two bedrooms and a guest house that accommodates a total of six people. You'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. To make check-in as easy as possible, we have a code lock, so you can check in anytime during your booked stay.
