Enjoy the ocean views and fall asleep to the sounds of waves rolling in. Live neighbors with the houses where the Wallander films were shot. Our fishing village in Svarte has a plot that goes all the way down to the beach by the Baltic Sea. On the large wooden deck you have access to a dining table for six people and under a rain-protected water roof there is a small sofa. Visit Black beach and swim from the jetty or eat something good at the cafe. By train from Svarte you will get to Ystad (4 min), Malmö (40 min) or Copenhagen( 60 min)

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. The owner of the house will take you, if possible happy on a guided tour of the medieval city center. Access to barbecue, charging box and bicycles. There are zoo, Tosseilla Sommarland, Copenhagen, Bornholm and national park within an hour's drive.

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.
