White House on Brantevik Österlen

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach at the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, this is it. Here awaits fantastic walking and cycling paths right at your doorstep. If you head south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely baths at rock cliffs or quiet, peaceful walks along the sea. If you head north, a lovely pedestrian and bicycle path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Grandma's Cabin

Grandma's Cottage is a quiet green oasis to be enjoyed by family and friends! The house is located in a forest clearing next to the Svarteån river that winds down to Lake Skönadalssjön. After that, it flows further into the sea by Svarte. On Svarte's sandy beach you find a pier and a Beach Café where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, a yummy ice cream or a lovely dinner at sunset. The cottage is located near Österlen where there is much to discover, for example Ystad Djurpark and Ales Stenar.

Österlen Fire Station

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station built in 1930 was completely renovated to dream home in 2018 and has since then not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured in both Swedish and German TV as well as plenty of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages is included.

The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.
