The apartment is located in an old brick apartment building in the heart of Grünerløkka, but it is located in a quiet street with bedrooms facing the backyard. The apartment has a balcony and a cozy fireplace in the kitchen. I live in the apartment myself when it is not rented out, so there will be some private items there. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but natural ventilation. The bed is 150 cm wide, clean bed linen is placed on the bed, but you have to make the bed yourself.

This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.
