Welcome to a nice little house with lush apple garden and patio, only 15 minutes by bus from Oslo city center. The house is completely newly renovated and modernly furnished with a loft and a full four meters ceiling height. Here you can relax in pleasant surroundings both indoors and outdoors, and get a "cottage feeling" close to Oslo. There are heating cables in the floor, a large and cozy fireplace that heats and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. Outside there is a plot and patio of over 20m2 with barbecue, fire pan, kitchen garden and outdoor lighting.

By car it is 10 mins. to Tusenfryd and 10 mins. to Oslo S.

Quiet, yet central residence with heating in all floors, as well as all amenities. Ideal for families/friends. Only 8 min. walk to Holtet center with shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, restaurants and public transport to the city center. On the property there is a small family kindergarten. If you are uncomfortable with children's noises, this is not a place for you. If parts of the group choose to stay in the loft, they must put on the sheets and bed linen themselves.
