Huset fra 2017 ligger rett ved Ekebergsletta og bussholdeplass til/fra byen. I 1. etasje er det stue/spisestue, åpent kjøkken og et soverom med dobbeltseng. Fra stua er det utgang til platting på 100m2, samt gressplen med trampoline. I 2. etasje er det tre soverom med doble senger, to bad og TV-stue. I husets underetasje er entre og WC. Der er også en utleiedel som går i utleie. Huset er et av tre hus i et sameie, med felles innkjøring. Ryddig og godt utstyrt, men vi tilbyr ikke grill.

A very light, modern and spacious house, conveniently located near public transportation to easily get downtown or take a short 15 minute walk to Grünerløkka. Fire up the grill or have dinner on the roof balcony while enjoying the view of Oslo. A master bedroom and bath, two identical rooms with double beds and shared bathroom, and a single bed in the office space, there is plenty of place to sleep depending on your situation. We absolutely love this house and hope you will too :)

Quiet, yet central residence with heating in all floors, as well as all amenities. Ideal for families/friends. Only 8 min. walk to Holtet center with shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, restaurants and public transport to the city center. On the property there is a small family kindergarten. If you are uncomfortable with children's noises, this is not a place for you. If parts of the group choose to stay in the loft, they must put on the sheets and bed linen themselves.
